I use this stool for everything. I have back issues and joint pain and can not stand for long periods. I use this stool when I am cleaning out my fridge, organizing my closet, doing yard work. I can sit and rest for a minute or I can sit on the stool while I cleaning my fridge and etc.
Failed while sitting on it … Does want it says it does. The welds on the joints could be better. That was were the item failed . Attempting to try another one .
I use this at work, gives me a place to sit while I wait for tanks to drain. Generally sit for 40 to 45 min at a time and find it comfortable. Feels sturdy under my 300lbs. Will be getting another for camp use.
This little folder is plenty sturdy enough for a big man and portable enough to throw in the trunk. I dont know about hiking with this chair but certainly camping.
Great stool. Sturdier than other stools in the same category that Ive tried. This stool, while lightweight and very easy to transport, feels very sturdy when sitting on it. I weigh just over 200 lbs. and it feels like it could hold a lot heavier. I have used it in the yard, while visiting a family member every day for two weeks at a hospital window visit and several times at the gun range while firing a rifle from the bench. Always sturdy and stable and comfortable for what it is (portable stools will never fully compete with a full-size chair for comfort, but for what it is, it is relatively comfortable). I would recommend this stool.
I have fibromyalgia so standing to clean can be difficult for me. I was able to move to stool around with ease and sit to do all of my chores. Lifesaver!!
I live in NYC and I have knee and back problems and I am a plus size woman. I love this product cause I take it everywhere it is sturdy and lightweight and when I need to sit a minute I can (during this pandemic all the seats and benches have been removed). It is a true life saver!

It folds up, it’s light weight and easy to store.
Can be used in small places, and keep stored even in small areas.
I love it because it fits well in my small apt. I use it as a chair when I use my sewing machines. I highly recommend it.
