This has turned out to be a great purchase for us. My 12 year old is autistic and has pretty much only ever slept on our couches so when we decided we were going to update his room, he asked for a couch stating that he would sleep in his own room if he had a couch. So I went out of my way to find one that seemed like it could work well for him as he grows. Im not sure why he sleeps better on a couch than a bed, but Im so glad this is working out for him. He has slept in his room every night since we put it together, which makes me a happy mom.
Nice size and shape for our family room. The 2 smaller cushions have ZERO support and the backs are just pillows. Going to have to replace the foam for it to be usable. I love the longer lounge seat! The storage ottoman is perfect.
As one does I expected it to be bigger and more comfortable. For what it is though it works. I wouldnt watch a movie marathon on it but it does the job after work to watch a movie or just relax.
The boxes all arrived together. Assembly was pretty straightforward, took about an hour in total. The cushions are not too firm but not too soft. The chaise cushion (the long one) strangely feels noticeably higher quality compared to the ottoman or the other two cushions. When mine arrived, some of the cushions were noticeably wrinkled even after decompressing for a couple of days. The customer service was very helpful and even offered to send replacements, which they promptly did. The new ones unfortunately came in with the same condition, but they gave me a small reimbursement as a further apology. A month later the wrinkles (which are all superficial only) have mostly disappeared on their own, but not completely.
I have a few small gripes. The material, while sufficient, could be a lot more comfortable. Its linen, but definitely not the worst Ive seen. The cushions, as mentioned, do not all feel the same. Both the original chaise as well as the replacement felt different to me compared to all other cushions, if slightly. I kind of wish they all felt like the chaise did. The felt pads on the bottom of the feet regularly came off when moving the furniture (mostly the ottoman). I fixed this with super glue but I kind of wish the original adhesive was better. And of course there was the issue of wrinkling mentioned previously.
Overall this set works great for the money, and is probably the best I could have done for a small apartment with limited space around the entrance. I use it daily, and would recommend it to anyone with similar needs.

I reached out with limited expectations about fixing or replacing the unstable piece. I was in awe of the speedy response and diligence to ensure quality from the seller. The customer service team issued a replacement right away with tracking info and it arrived only days later in perfect condition. They even offered links on disassembly and reassembly, AND followed up to ensure it was delivered and met my expectations. HIGHLY recommend and will undoubtedly be a returning customer!
Took 35 minutes to put together. It’s a great couch for my home office space. Perfect for smaller spaces. All 3 boxes arrived same day, no issues. Fast shipping.
The sofa looks great, now that its all finished, and the material looks good and is tightly woven and appears to be durable. Each piece is exactly as described or pictured, altho the back cushions have not expanded to fill the slipcovers (see below). But they dont look bad or wrong--just not as good as the other parts.
Item listing (outside reviewer) said it was easy to assemble, would take only one person 45 min to do. Well, thats debatable--Im a 73 year old woman with arthritis, and it took three 3-4 hour days. Two boxes arrived first, with no assembly instructions. I tried to put them together, only to find out a number of pieces were missing. Seller responded to my inquiry promptly, so I waited for the third box for almost a week. It did have the missing pieces, except for two legs and washers. After another inquiry, a separate pkg arrived with replacements. The third box also had the directions, which meant that I had to take apart what I had put together from the contents of the first two boxes. Pieces didnt go together easily or quickly, but after much trial and error, they all did fit, just as the instructions said they would. Im glad I wasnt on a strict timeline, and didnt care if one end of my living room was stacked with furniture pieces for a week.
But assembly was the only problem--style, size, materials, and flexibility are all topnotch. I love the way the pieces are easy to move to create different designs, and comfortable to sit and to relax on. The cats have tried to scratch it, but material seems to have survived so far, and they are sleeping on it more than scratching, but I continue to be diligent about keeping an eye and ear on them. The seat cushions are thick and not too soft, which bodes well for durability. The back cushions are half as thick, and have not expanded to their full size since arriving in vacuum packed plastic. I cant tell if they will end up filling the slipcovers better or not. They do not look bad, just not as good as the seat cushions. I am fine with them, and Im a picky person.
Its important to mention that the seller was very good about responding to email about the sofa, prompt and polite. In the end, everything worked, but the cheerful and helpful communication with the seller prevented me from having an angry meltdown, which wouldnt have helped anyway. When something didnt work, knowing the seller was supportive and willing to solve problems I couldnt, I just kept trying, and in the end everything went together and worked perfectly. I could not have had better communication and support from the seller.
If you are or have access to a strong person who can manhandle the few pieces that needed it, assembly should go quickly and easily. Two people working together should indeed take about an hour. With one person, creativity was needed at several points in the assembly process. No tools were needed, and with the exception of two legs and washers, everything necessary for assembly was provided in the original shipping crates, and the missing legs/washers were replaced promptly. They actually sent 4 sets, not 2, so I have extra legs/washers for the future.
I cant recommend the seller more highly for their communication and for the quality of their products. I looked at dozens of chaise lounge sofas, considering color, durable material, size, flexibility in arrangement of the pieces, price, and ability to use as a sleeper sofa. I also looked at reviewers comments, both positive and negative. As I filtered through my search results from both and Wayfair, this item continued to rise to the top. Now that I have been using it for a while, I feel I got the best possible sofa for a reasonable price. I recommend it highly.
This product was great and easy to assemble. For this price, this is probably the best youre going to get unless you have an employee discount at Wayfair.

Looks nice but the cushions need better foam
