The first half of the steps went smoothly. However, they mislabeled a few of the pieces. I always check the parts and hardware prior to starting, and it had appeared (based on the labels of each of the pieces) that I had everything I needed. Once I got to the step with the rails for the top of the bed, I realized that though the piece was marked as F1, it was actually a duplicate of the F piece. This didnt seem like too big of a deal, but then I realized it did not have the holes I needed to attach the rails. I had to go to Home Depot to purchase a tap wrench and create the holes for the bolts myself. What I would call a moderate annoyance but was still fine to do it. The problem was that the remaining assembly steps after this were all messed up. The assembly of the slide for example; none of the holes matched up on neither the hooks nor the slide itself. Additionally, the little ramp attachment for the bottom of the slide would not attach. Again, that wasnt a huge deal, but all in all, there were a lot of inconveniences in assembly (missing parts/pieces, improper hardware line-up, etc).
Last note - this is definitely sturdy enough for my 35lb toddler. However, the supports 250lbs that it advertises is highly doubtful. For anyone purchasing this for anyone more than maybe 100lbs, I would reconsider.
It took us 4 hours to set up but we got it. But it hasnt even been a whole month and the slide broke off from the screws. So the screws were exposed and my baby could of hurt herself. I contacted the company so Im waiting on that. BTW my baby is 2 years old so its not like there was much weight on the slide for it to have broke the way it did.
Bought this for my almost 3 year old. Bed is a little wobbly but all screws are tight. Probably just because its top heavy. The slats they provide are pretty flimsy and definitely need to add one more. Will probably have to add more heavy duty slats when my daughter gets older, if it holds up. My mom climbed in the bed with my daughter and read her a book, not sure where they got a 350 lb limit but I definitely wouldnt put more than 200 lbs in the bed. Stick with a 6 inch mattress for smaller kids and make sure the mattress is firm. We need a better mattress, the one we bought was falling through the slats which is why I recommend more slats! Will update later if the bed falls apart
It’s a lot of pieces and will take some time but it’s definitely worth it! Customer Service was great , I reached out with a part that was not in the set and they sent out an additional box to allow me to finish!
Perfect bed for my little one who was transitioning from a toddler bed, to a big kid bed! Great height, not too tall but tall enough to where you can have playtime underneath. I would recommend getting a 6” mattress. It fit perfectly.
I love the design of the bed. However due to the shape and size of room, I wish the storage part was flexible to be on either side of bed. Or even be reversible. Maybe left open in cubby form.
my grandkids are in a 2 bedroom house and were sharing one king bed. we purchased this and now they all have a bed and so much more room in their bedroom. btw....the slide is useless.

Assembly was a hassle, sturdiness questionable
