I love this bed and it’s uniqueness. I just hated while installing the several post pieces on the sides I noticed the holes were not aligned. This caused me not being able to install two bolts.
Product is great! However was missing a minor piece. Attempted to email the customer service and never got a reply. No other number was given for customer service.
This was delivered and packaged in a very meticulous manner. Every piece was intact and accounted for. This bed is a great space saver for our son’s small bedroom. It is also a great value, and our son absolutely loves it!
We have two three year old twin boys and a six year old this bed is the best thing ever for them!!! And the slide is so cool they all love playing on their slide bed.
For my 3 year old daughters room she loves the bed but after opening it from the box there was chip wood and chip paint in some spots luckily nothing to noticeable cant complain to much for the price I guess
The bed wasnt hard to put together at all, as others have said. Im an amputee and I put it together by myself. The kids love it. However, this morning, 2 of the wheels came off the trundle. Havent figured out why yet. Overall, I would recommend.
The quality is nice. Very sturdy and all real wood. No cheap partical boards. Was a bit tricky to assemble, definitely takes 2 people and several hours. A lot of pieces and some predrilled holes didnt quite line up. Overall, very good piece of furniture for the price.
I absolutely love this bed and so does my daughter she has been playing underneath it non stop and it saves space in her small room I couldnt have found anything better and the price was awesome

Mattress
Well, do not buy 12 inches mattress for the top bunk Bc the kid can fall off of that. 6 inches mattress are good.
