ETA: The customer service team was extremely responsive to my original review below and sent me a replacement watch winder within a week or two. It arrived in excellent condition, with proper packaging and no blemishes, etc. They have since checked in with me to make sure I am happy with the product in terms of aesthetics and function. I am now a happy customer! I have had my watch in there for several weeks and it has kept time as appropriate.

I opened the product today and it is working well and very quiet. However, I was disappointed to see that the beautiful exterior was covered in dust that I had to wipe off (the white styro-wrap paper seemed to have been taped up haphazardly which makes me think this was a returned product maybe?). Further more, the pillow that the watch is strapped to was dirty with a black scuff mark on it. For $90, I expect to get a brand new product, not a used/returned product. This was supposed to be a bday gift for my husband.

So far I have nothing to complain about. Had it for a few months. Works perfectly. Looks good too. Very quiet motor. You don’t notice it’s on.

Product was quite and appears to be a quality made product. Tried all settings and adjusting the watch in different angles to get the watch to wind with no luck.

Ive had this Watch Winder since January 2020. My wife uses it for her Rolex. This company is simply amazing to deal with. I had a small issue, they answered and solved it immediately. The Watch Winder looks very nice and she is proud to display it. I was a little leary at first because the price was so affordable. When we received it and turned it on it was so,so quiet and looks elegant. My wife is a very light sleeper and this does not bother her being on during the night. I am so happy that I didnt spend over $200.00 for a single Watch Winder. If youre wondering what you should do. Think no further and buy this Winder. You will not be disappointed with the Watch Winder or the Service.

Bought it to keep my Bulova watch winded over the weekends when I wear a different watch. Looks great and works perfectly. I personally use 2 AA batteries instead of plugging it in.
