My girls, 2 and 4, love their bunk bed. I love how low it is.Im 55.its about chest high for me. It definitely should of came with more slats, especially for the top bunk We added more. We also wrapped the metal bar under the top bunk in pipe foam. I then covered the top slats in a star and cloud fabric. My girls love it! The top railing isnt very sturdy, but its not necessarily a safety issue. We check it frequently. Overall its a nice bunk, a space saver, and a decent price. We purchased the clay. 2 pics included. This product was just what I needed
From unboxing to assembly this took me 2.5 hours by myself. I would have finished sooner if I didnt have to install an extra set of slats. I used a power drill with a screw bit and a hex bit. Couldnt find my mallot so I just used the back of my drill.
I just happened to have an extra set of slats to use on the bottom. I used the two sets of slats that came with this for the top because they are just way too far apart. So that was time consuming.
Stairs could use some type of rubber grip on the bottom.
Im very happy with it. Didnt have a smell like others. I honestly love
This bed is sturdy and beautiful! It works perfectly. The only thing that Im bummed about is that it has a metal beam running along the underside of the top bunk that my daughter has now hit her head on several times. Im going to have to figure out how to cover it up with foam or something. I kind of wish this company offered something to help with this. Other than that my husband set this up in maybe 1.52 hours pretty easily by himself (I helped hold something in place one time). My daughter adores this bed and Im very happy with it. Good Quality for Cost
I like the bed, my girls do too. Problem is the shipped it without enough bolts. So I could not finish the top rail. No its a hard. Not a big deal, but, I sent an email to the customer service and havent received a reply. That was a problem!!
Edit customer service contacted me and sent me the parts within about a week of this post
One of the pieces came broken but my husband was still able to make it work and got three bed put together. Very nice and cute bed, just wish the top bunk was a little higher. I find it to be a little low for my liking. That was a problem!!
Terrible directions! Love how it turned out after 3.5 hours of work taking it apart 3 times though! The slide is very slick and super fast. My little boy loves it! We all love it!
Overall the bunk bed is good. the wood seems pretty sturdy and doesnt move/wobble. The stairs are only hooked on the top. The worst part is that the slide sucks. about once a week we have to reinsert the plastic part of the slide (long part they sit on to slide down) because it slides down and creates a gap between the wood and the plastic. (I circled the area in the photo where the gap would be). its super dangerous and can cut you if you tried to slide down over it. Its very annoying and just a dumb way to have it set up where it keeps sliding down like that. the slide shouldve been one connected unit. not a cheap plastic sheet that moves. For the price I expect better directions and quality
Great quality, but the bottom bunk is small and my son keeps hitting his head. Probably best for more cautious children. Its very beautiful But its kind of small.
Its the right size and the kids like it. There were chunks of wood missing where the holes were drilled and also at the top of the slide. The instructions were pretty bad. The top safety rail was very wobbly. The rest of the bed seems very sturdy though. Id say it was worth at least 200 less than I paid. compare to the price
A family member who is a handyman by trade and another adult worked on assembly for well over 4 hours. It turned out nice and my kid loves it, but apparently had MANY pieces and was extremely tedious and time consuming. Just a forewarning that it could take all day to put together. The box is also extremely heavy and not something that an average person could maneuver alone. I am so disappointed.

Not for rough children
