Is not queen size or 12 inches. Very uncomfortable and does not match description at all. Complete waste of money. It should have been recalled. Very disappointed!

A bit complex to open these vacuum packed mattresses, even more so in King size. Once in place it expanded perfect, medium firmness, nice looking and had a great nights sleep. This is a good one if looking for decent support but not like a rock.
