Had my doubts about a mattress in a box. I opened the mattress in the AM and was fully expanded by the time we went to bed. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good affordable mattress. My husband and I are very well pleased.
Ordered this bed, was very hesitant at first as I have never ordered a mattress online. I have been very pleased so far with my purchase. The bed arrived vacuum sealed and opening it was easy as 1,2,3. Just used a sharp tool to open the plastic and the bed starting inflating. I had to wait 24 hours for it to be fully ready. The bed itself as you can see is the full 12 inches as advertised. It is plush on the top, very elegant looking. I have slept on it for for the past month and can say it is the best mattress I have slept on. There is very good support and as a side sleeper the bed does not sink down and has been providing really good support. I am waking up refreshed with no pains. Definitely recommend.
We were so shocked that a mattress for this price would be so unbelievably comfortable! We let it sit on the frame for I think it was three or four days as they suggested before sleeping on it. This bed has helped us wake up feeling no back, neck or shoulder pain! Definitely worth the money
I have purchased at least 8 bed/in/box from other brands/sellers.Priced from 350/650.All had that defect and not inflating etc.THIS BED WAS PERFECT INSTANTLY.I did let it lay open 3 days,its so comfy.
I bought this mattress because of its innovative 5/zone spring support system, designed to work with foams to ensure a balanced, refreshed sleep with less tossing and turning and minimal partner disturbance. I love how much support it provides for my sore back and it is great for not waking your partner when moving or having kids crawling in and out throughout the hours of night and early morning.
I feel that we sleep more comfortably and soundly. It is a great value for the money and fits our bed frame perfectly.
