Update 5/10: support was very quick to reach out and try to help us. I am giving one extra star for the great support. We will add a memory foam topper and update on comfort later.
We were so excited to get a new mattress and we were looking forward to many great nights of sleep. The mattress was delivered quickly and the unpacking instructions were great. The mattress expanded quickly, but we let it sit for 40 hours plus to make sure it was fully expanded before our first night on our new mattress.
Here is where our problem starts. The description says the firmness of this mattress is medium. This is not a medium firm mattress, it is very firm. Maybe the firmest mattress we have every owned. After a week plus we are not able to get good night sleep. We are going to order a 4 memory foam topper to see if we can make this mattress more comfortable rather than returning. Not happy that we have to spend another 100 to try to get some comfort out of this mattress.

I love the mattress felt aming the first couple nights. Ive only opened the mattress on 4/22 and didnt sleep on it until 4/26. Its now 5/2 and as of three days ago theres a dip which is sinking my body and causing me to sleep un/leveled but other than that its a good mattress. How do I get the dip out. because my neck isnt having a good time.

Our previous mattress was really sagging and hurting our backs but we didnt have the money to buy a expensive mattress right then. Starting off I read the reviews, good and bad. Id heard some good things from friends about so we ordered it.
I was surprised to to see that it was delivered in such a small box. Theyre vacuum sealed when you receive them in the box and they wont open up until you cut open the plastic to release the pressure. I did wait the 48 hours to let the mattress completely reconfigure itself. The outcome was worth the wait.
I have slept on these beds all night long and I slept good the mattress did not slump down or seem to lose its shape after sleeping on them all night yes I would definitely recommend
My daughter loves this bed. Its just the right softness, neither too soft nor too hard. She said it was better than her previous bed and she didnt feel uncomfortable after sleeping for a few nights. The bed comes vacuum/compressed, and when unpacked, it fluffs itself. Its pretty heavy. It takes two people to carry it.

Comfortable but sinking
