I love this. I got the 14 ft green and it works so well. Myself and my sister put it together just fine in a couple of hours. I should note the instructions were a little hard to read towards the end. I pulled up this video on this page and followed that for the safe net instructions. Highly recommend using that over the instructions! Its great, my 5 year old loves it. I have found a lot more cheaper right now so cost wise still wondering if it was worth the extra money. TBD
Our kids love it and have a lot of fun on it. Assembly was not too bad. Diagram could have been a little bit clearer to indicate orientation of the u-shaped poles. One of the screws was deformed. But overall pleased with the purchase so far.
We love this trampoline! It was delivered with defective parts, however the seller was incredibly responsive and made it right. I really appreciated how helpful and responsive they were in helping me resolve my issue!
Shipped fairly quickly, FedEx. Received all the parts, and with the written directions the video provided on it was pretty easy to assemble! Feels sturdy, except the ties for the padded spring cover were not well sewn and more than half ripped off during assembly. I have contacted the company about this already, so hopefully they will will help out. We bought this for our young son, and would like the spring cover secured, to decrease any potential injuries. The safety net is very secure, so are not too worried there. Overall very happy with this purchase! Who doesnt love jumping around?
Definitely takes 2-4 people to assemble. Took 4 people 2 1/2 hours to assemble. There was no instructions for the ladder so you just have to wing it on that. Very sturdy though and the net surround is well made. The two grandsons love it!
My husband put this together fairly easily for having done it by himself. My son is 3 and has really enjoyed it so far and /unisign seem to be a great company!
I bought the 14ft trampoline for my kids. They use it every day, i enjoy it too. Several springs have broke after 5 months but the company sent new ones. The customer service is awesome! They are working on sending new springs.
***Update*** After 9 months the frame broke . I reached out to the company and again the customer service was incredible. They replaced it. The new trampoline was here within 3 days! I appreciate their efforts to please and right the problem.
