I put this together by myself with relative ease (reasonable small woman). Patience and not tightening all bolts until the end helped. Directions were clear, parts were obvious.
I have a thick foam mattress boxspring on top of this frame. Two height settings, think about your choice well before setting it up! Initially, I did the tallest one. Had a heck of a time getting my heavy mattresses/boxspring onto the frame and hated having to jump up into bed, plus it looked silly with the curved top of frame barely peaking above. I had to take a lot of stuff apart to redo it.
This is just what I wanted for the money.
It all came in one box. The biggest issue was the delivery time (it took over a week...otherwise I would give it 4 stars). Assembly was very easy, each component was very clearly labeled. Assembled in about an hour, by myself, so no need to worry if you are doing this without help. Using it in the spare bedroom. Honestly, it looks pretty nice (just like the photo).
One star was deducted for the difficulty encountered removing the large label, once the bed was assembled. Removing the label prior to assembly would have been a little easier. Assembly was relatively easy as the instructions were well organized and the pieces well marked. The bed is sturdy and looks great, an excellent value.
Bought this for my daughter in full size. Amazing quality, very sturdy, love that it has 2 height options. Only complaint is that it came in a million pieces and Im lazy lol
I really like my new bed. I got the brown and it is a matte finish. The instructions were easy to follow. I put it together by myself, so it is not difficult for one person to do. It can be put together with a choice of two heights from the floor. I chose the higher position to have room for under bed containers. It is extremely sturdy and for the price is amazing, I would definitely recommend this bed frame.
