Plan to spend a lot of time assembling, but the instructions were good and fairly easy to follow. One piece was broken and they answered immediately to my email and send the new piece. The beds look great
We have 2 eleven year old girls and they wanted bunk beds to save space in their room. They loved the trundle bed and had their first sleepover with it last weekend.
Purchased for grandkids spending the night. It came in 5 boxes and was delivered promptly with updates through out the shipping process. The set up was easy and it is very solid and feels sturdy and of good quality. We shopped around in stores but could not beat this price for the features (trundle and drawers in stairs). Very pleased.
love the beds. sturdy, my granddaughters love them. dad said that he had quality time with his oldest, as he had her help him putting it to gather. she's 5.
I cannot say enough about this bed! Very easy to assemble and the instructions were very clear. It took about 4 to 5 hours to put together but there’s a lot there. What pleased me the most is how sturdy it is.
The only minor complaint I have is the tightening wrench is a little too small.
This is a gorgeous piece! My son loves it! Assembly wasn’t horrible, did have a spot in one of the rails where the wood split but I’ll get some matching paint & touch it up.
We started putting this bed together and found that one supporting piece was machined incorrectly. I reached out to on a Saturday afternoon about the problem. I received a response by Sunday afternoon and they shipped me out, not one replacement part, but two. And I received them within a couple days! The bed has been a lifesaver and the customer service was excellent. If i ever need another bed frame, I will definitely go with !
I love this bed. I am in my early twenties and needed a loft bed because my room is very small. I also really wanted a loft bed with stairs because I am in my early twenties and did not want to climb up a ladder after a long hectic day. I absolutely love this bed. I love the storage under the stairs. Me and my boyfriend are super comfortable playing video games and watching movies while sitting up in my loft. Absolutely obsessed. May need to buy another for when I have my own house. Perfect for a bedroom or office!

Better quality than I expected. Assembled fairly easily and I did it alone.
