This chair is great in our small nursery. It gives good arm support for late night feedings. I do wish it had upper back and neck support some nights, but that would definitely change the aesthetic. The footprint is pretty small, so it tucks in by the babys crib just perfectly.
This chair looks and feels great. BUT, due to no fault of its own, it was horrible to use in a nursery. The reason is simple / the back of the chair does not go high enough, so there is no place to rest your head during middle of the night feedings. I ended up using a plane pillow for most of my sons first year. While I love this chair now that were no longer up in the middle of the night, we will be buying a new if we have a second child. You just spend entirely too many hours sitting in that chair in the middle of the night not to have a place to rest your head!

If not for the countless number of wonderful reviews from others, I would still be on the hunt//and what a hunt it has been. I have ventured out to at least 12 stores and spent 2 full days online researching swivel/rockers. So here goes. I LOVE this chair! My husband and I are in our 50s, weve downsized to a lovely place where space is a major factor in purchasing decisions. This compact, clean/lined, contemporary off/white (not cream, not beige, not bone, not white/white) chair is incredibly comfortable. The super/soft, microfiber/like material feels like a warm hug when you settle into it. Ive never owned a chair that rocks and swivels 360 degrees, but I wouldnt have it any other way now that I know what I was missing. A few things to consider. If you need a head/rest, look elsewhere. If youll be bothered by looking at the dark metal circular base, it may be best to keep looking. Otherwise, look no further as this chair is a gem and the price is phenomenal for the quality. Ive already purchased a second chair so we dont have to share anymore!
Smooth glide swivel. Fits well in our nursery. Baby hasnt arrived yet, but the only thing we regret not considering is that the back isnt tall enough to rest your head of neck while rocking. Also made us want a rocking which Im not sure is available in the same color. Overall great chair, very soft comfy. Came in a large box already assembled covered in plastic.
I do not regret purchasing this chair by any means. We have a small nursery. The only place that a chair was able to be placed was slightly in front of the closet. The fact that this chair swivels 360 degrees in . I can easily just swivel myself to face the closet when i am needing in it. It ended up being perfect. Definitely worth the little extra cash to fork out over the traditional wooden s with s. I know a lot of the CONS to this is the fact you cannot rest your head back, and while that is a CON, the PROs for me FAR outweighs that one CON. Also, i love the fact that i can choose my own footrest/ and im not limited to the one that comes with the traditional nursery s. I am definitely happy about this chair. Not to mention it is very comfortable.

I was apprehensive about buying this chair because so many reviewers reported issues with the gliding. But Im happy to say ours glides effortlessly and noiselessly. It is smaller than I had imagined, but it accommodates my toddler and I OK for our evening storytime. My husband said he wished that the back of the chair went up higher and he did not find it to be very comfortable. He is 510 so not super tall, either. The look of the chair is really nice and minimalistic. I would say its a good chair for the price. If I were using it for a small baby and not my toddler, I would probably want to also buy something to put my feet up on like an ottomon or else would buy a recliner/ with a higher back instead.
This is a very comfy and fits perfectly in our small nursery. Got it in the slate color and it blends wonderfully with our decor. Glides easily even without a foot stool. The fact that there was no assembly required was a plus. Excellent price point. Very happy!
