I love this product soooo much. It should be a best seller! A couple of things that make it wonderful is its size. 1. Perfect for a small nursery or space. Although it is small, it is not small on comfort. 2. The swivel part: Aming! I love that I can swivel and rock back and forth. My son could not fall asleep on his own and had to be rocked during his nap times. 5 minutes of rocking and he was knocked out! 3. Perfect for breastfeeding: us breastfeeding mamas know we spend a lot of time feeding our babies and it is important for us to be comfortable. I love during the nighttime feedings I would place the bobby pillow infront, lean back on the chair and take a little nap while my son ate. 4. Color: is a dark grey and cleans up spit up and other stuff very easily. 6. It is very modern and does not neccesary look like a so when you child is older you can use it in other parts of the house.
Recommendations: This does not come with the but I do recommend getting one. The matching is pretty pricey so I just ended up buying a small grey from Target to 15 and it works just as great.
We bought this for our Nursery and love it! Fits in the corner and doesnt take up too much space. It is very comfortable, Im a big man and still fit in it. Its perfect size for my wife to sit in and nurse. It also matched our decor perfectly. I would highly recommend it over the common wooden s you see.
This is a comfy chair. The fabric is a pleasant soft cool gray color (not the brownish gray color in the product photo). It is a compact size that fits nicely in a small space. The only problem is the base. Rather than swiveling on the outer ring of the base, the chair is swiveling on the center bolt. This might be the bent issue that others have complained about. I contacted the manufacturer, and they are sending a replacement base to me. Hopefully this fixes the issue, as I really like this chair otherwise.
UPDATE: I received the replacement base from the manufacturer. It functions the same as the original: if no one is sitting in the chair, it swivels on the center bolt rather than the outer ring. (I should mention that its sitting on a hardwood floor, not carpet.) If I sit in the chair just right though, my weight will be distributed properly on the outer ring. Since Ive already thrown away the original packaging, and Im too busy (or ly?) to return it anyway Ill probably place a small rug under it to see if that helps.
After much research, we finally found the perfect nursery chair! Our baby is now 10 months old and this chair has held up really well considering we use it multiple times per day for nursing. The design is contemporary and the fabric is super soft. Love the gray color / goes with everything. We didnt really have room for a large and just purchased a Kidco nursing stool to use with it and it worked perfectly. Looking forward to using this chair elsewhere in the house.
Ill start with, I read all reviews before I make a big purchase, eespecially if I wont be able to see the product in person before purchase. My husband and I were a little nervous after reading some of the reviews on here but we went ahead and purchased 2 in slate for our spare bedroom/mother/in/law suite. The chairs arrived last night and we were pleasantly surprised. These chairs are great for a small room and look great! They do swivel perfectly, they DO glide but not like some of the wooden s we have seen. So dont expect this to feel like those types of s. My husband is 250 lbs 6 tall and fits in them fine but he did say he wishes the back was a couple inches taller. I am 57 140 lbs and I think its great. I cant say if it would be good for holding a child in as we dont have children, but for someone looking for a comfy, small, this is the chair for you. Im thinking of buying more for our bedroom, I like these so much.
While I am very satisfied with this purchase, there are a few things to be addressed. While is it very stylish and made of a soft fabric, it is much smaller and muuuch shorter than I expected. My 6 ft husband isnt comfortable sitting in it too long, but I am fine. It has started squeaking (weve had it for about 5 months) and occasionally the squeaks are annoying. If you can afford a more exoensive , do it. This was perfect for our budget and fits perfectly in our tiny nursery. We use it multiple times a day and it really is a great buy.

Not so good: the arms does not give you appropiate support for nursering and if youre struggling with your first baby on proper nursing techniques is not the best choice, also it doesnt have head support but that is obvious so not complaining about that but it would be nice to have it.
What really bothers me right now is that when gliding, it makes a creaking noise, we tried to fix it but dont know exactly what it is! So after my baby falls asleep its really hard to stand up without a squeak that sometimes wakes him up.
I was looking for something safe that I didnt have to worry about her hurting her hands by sticking them in the . In this chair I get a swivel that is comfortable microfiber. This chair is soft comfortable I rock my 1 year old grand daughter to sleep in it almost every night. You can sit in this chair for hours the way the arms are shaped helps you comfortable hold your baby easily without your arms cramping or falling asleep.
However their is no actual head support but slouching down a little is still comforts takes strain of your back
