We did not find the assembly instructions in the box for a while but YouTubed how to put it together. When we found the instructions, we had done it correctly. It did not seem to be crooked at first. It is pretty comfortable. I am 5 feet tall. I think it may not be comfortable for a tall person. And it IS pretty. Ill keep it, but I am not overjoyed with it.
At first use this is a nice chair for the value. The assembly is simple. Essentially you put the foot rest into the base and then the chair assembly into its base and attach a few bolts and the arm rests and good to go. The function isnt too intense more of a vibration but a nice addition. Curious about how the chair holds up will update in 6 months but so far I will be in It a lot.
Delivery was earlier than expected. Box was in terrible condition, but thankfully chair inside was OK.
The foot stool connecting wire is very cumbersome because it is much too short / should be at least another 12 inclines or more. seems OK.
Liked the comfort/appearance of the although my height eliminated my neck from being supported when I lounge (510). The only other consideration b4 purchasing it is make sure you have a second person to assist you in the erecting of the chair due to the possibility of alignment holes being off centered.

It is super comfortable, and the lining material is very soft, I loved it I am very pleased
