The chair has a bent frame which I only found out after taking half an hour to put it together. Ive emailed the seller because says to ship it back and that seems cry to take this broken chair apart, box it up, and drive it to ups (if it would even fit in my trunk). Pain in the neck! Cant I just get what I paid for in excellent condition? Hopefully I hear from them soon.
We received the chair earlier than stated for delivery. It was very easy to put together. The chair is well padded, the works very well. We are very pleased with this pruchase.
Extremely comfortable! I love the feature as my husband bought this chair for me after surgery. I watch TV in it, read in it and even b have working from home using it as a desk chair. Thats the only downside / if you plan to use it as a desk chair, make sure you take the chairs high into account as it does NOT adjust to be raised or lowered. It works for me because typically Im leaning over while working at my desk and having a lower chair makes me look up which means less migraines, neck and back pain. I found it to be easy to put together. Now we are considering buying another one for husband to game in! Haha.

Looks really great in my small apartment. Could easily be taken for one of the stressless recliners that cost 4 figures. Comfortable. Reclines easily to a near zero gravity angle. The feature is actually a vibration feature, not rollers like in the more expensive chairs, and it is fairly loud since the sound transmits through the chair to your head/ears. But that said, it can be soothing and sort of fun. The assembly was tough// with two people it might be easier, and of course now that I understand what needs to be done it would take less time, but it took me more than an hour. Just super pleased with the look and the comfort.
I wanted to add to the man cave for sports analysis and movie night. The better half said no, so its just in the family room near a empty corner. We use it quite often for and stress breaks. The remote is flexible for low or high vibrations, also 5 separate programs. The options allow you to select muscle groups, and last a maximum of 15 minutes time. Enjoy, I just ordered a second one for a friend.
