The bed is extremely sturdy and better than i expected. It was pretty easy to put together and there are velcro straps to keep the boards from sliding back and forth. This is really a quality bed. Ive had it for about a month and it is awesome. It does not have much room. The color is a little more red than i expected, i wish it came in a darker wood so it would match the rest of my furniture but thats a minor issue.

But like others, I was also missing the threaded inserts in 2 of the primary frame horizontals, and customer service was unhelpful. Apparently they can send bolts, but not the inserts the bolts are supposed to screw into. So I was left with trying to pack this thing back up (after my son decided the packaging was his new favorite toy) and waiting a month for to un-backorder it, or finding the parts myself. I opted for the latter. For those who run into this same issue, this is the threaded insert -
M8-1.25 Metric E-Z Hex Threaded Insert for Soft Wood Flanged; .51 in. length. Link below if it doesnt get removed:

Ive put together my fair share of beds and furniture, and these guys knocked it out of the park! Best and easiest directions, all the parts and tools needed are ready. Theyve even packaged the bed frame really well! Im totally impressed with the quality, construction and value. I bought the query sized frame and would/will buy from them again. I only take the time to write a review when I really (really) like something, or when Im upset. I really (really) like this bed frame. Kudos again to for flawless ordering and delivery.
