perfect. VERY happy with this product. So simple to put together I was able to do it by myself. It comes with simple instructions and a nifty tool for tightening the bed. I just bought a full sized memory foam and the dimensions line up just right! Very impressed at the soft texture of the outer casing as well! Very happy! Highly recommend
I ordered this bed frame because I wanted a good sturdy foundation for my new mattress. I put it together today and was severely disappointed. First, it was clear that some parts of this were used. There were scratch marks on the rib pieces that indicated someone had previously attempted to put it together. These markings were only on the ends and no where else, which indicate that it was not damaged in shipping. Second, parts were bent. continuing with my problems with the ribs of the frame numerous pieces were bent or misshapen. One end piece was bent to the point where it would not fit in the grove so I had to reshape it myself. Another rib was bent to the point where the middle of it was touching the next rib. third, the cover did not fit and when we attempted to zip it up the zipper broke. The zipper itself was cheaply made and it was evident that not much thought was put into this.
The only reason that I am giving this 2 stars instead of one is due to the actual construction of the frame itself which is sturdy and easily assembled.
I need. Recently bought a lower latex mattress. Have a platform bed with wood slats but needed to raise it up. The 4 is the perfect height. No more boxsprings for me.
Awesome product. I have to be honest, I had my doubts about this box spring. I didnt think Id get quality for the price. Wow, I couldnt have been any more wrong. It was super simple to put together, some say the cover is a pain but mine went on without any issues, and the construction is strong. This is a high/quality frame. We have 4 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms (one being the master) has this base and a memory foam matress. Couldnt be happier! When the time comes to replace the spring style mattresses in the other 2 rooms, I WILL be buying 2 more of these bases for the new memory foam. They are excellent! I was worried they would squeak, but nope, they are solid!
Easy build, Bought this as a boxspring for a 13 inch mattress. The package is very heavy. It comes with a regular hex tool and also a wonderful rock/solid ratcheting hex tool that makes tightening the screws a breeze (tip: tighten but do not over tighten screws). Comes with some extras in case you need them. The frame, crossbars, and slats are all sturdy . Slats are spaced close together (like 3 inches apart) so it supports the mattress no problem. Instructions are clearly spelled out with numbered removable stickers on the frame to make it even more simple. Took about a leisurely hour to assemble. The cover for the frame which you zip closed around it is also very sturdy. Very impressed by the durability and the ease of assembly of this boxspring.
Just fine. I replaced a traditional box spring with this mattress foundation after I bought a new Avocado Green mattress. This foundation does what it is supposed to do. It was fairly easy to assemble once I had it in a room with enough floor space. I was trying to preserve the original height of my bed, and this has worked well. The height//7.5 inches, is a workable height for my bed skirt. I like the fact that it doesnt squeak. The box was pretty heavy, especially when compared to the weight of my old box spring. I waffled between wood frames and . Im not sure whether I would have noticed a difference, but Im very satisfied with this mattress foundation.
As expected. This product is such a problem/solver for us! Our stairwell is too narrow for a box spring to fit into, and split boxes wear out unevenly and can be expensive to boot. This is strong, easily assembled in place, and looks like a regular ole box with the cover on!
Definitely worth it.We replaced this with an old wooden box spring and it was the best decision ever. We immediately noticed a better feel. I like that its made of so we dont have to worry about the wood chipping away. It looks like a normal box spring when assembled and the slip is on.
Good one. The frame was easy to put together and comes with addtional hardware and tools needed. Has provided a very solid base for our mattress. The only reason I did not give this item 5 stars was the cover. Looks good and material is good but the zipper broke off when I finished zipping it up. Not going to persue anything about this. If and when I have to remove the cover I will have to determine what to do at that time,for now itszipped tight. Oh wll.

Fit well, This is exactly what I was looking for!! A low profile, full size platform for my new matress!! Very easy to assemble. took about 10/15 min.

Stronger than you might think.
