I like the looks and linen construction. Ive had it for 2 years. Thinking the mattress I bought for it was sagging, I got another 500 mattress 2 weeks ago. Now its sagging.
I discovered I was missing a center vertical support. Customer service doesnt sell parts to replace missing parts. I call that pretty cheesy.
Was worried about getting big furniture through mail but it worked out great. I was concerned when box arrived looking disheveled, but all contents in box were in good condition. Instructions easy enough to follow. The drawers are not sturdy nor attached to frame, but my expectations were not high for them based on reviews anyway/ best used for extra linens. This bed is comfy for lounging in, we use it with one of those rolled up mattresses you can also buy on . Been used as bed for a 200 plus person for over 3 months now with no problems. Takes up less space.
This seller was aming to work with and answered all my questions amingly! Product is made of high quality material. My son loves his new bed! Very sturdy and easy to put together! Cant recommend these guys or this bed enough!! Simple to put together.
It took a little over 2 1/2 hours for me to assemble this. My daughter helped me hold up pieces when I needed an extra set of hands. With two people assembling this from start to finish, it would go faster. One could probably assemble it on their own, but its a bit of a balancing act.
The bed looks nice on the outside, but this wont be great if you need drawers for heavy duty storage. It will probably work fine for her to store light things like her kindle, chargers and a spare blanket under the bed. The flimsy plastic interior wont hold anything heavier than that.
If you need sturdy drawers for storage, dont buy this. If light weight is fine, this bed should work.
The bed was also easy to assemble, for how many parts it has. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I would consider getting this bed frame again for a guest room. Its not expensive but bear in mind that you will get what you pay for. Well made just what I was looking for!
