delivery carriers brought up the couch carefully and unboxed and assembled. They were friendly and professional. Couch is indeed stiff to sit on. Like a grandparents couch from the 60s if youve ever sat in a room where its not used often. But I love the size, design and color and dont mind the stiffness. Have yet to have visitors use it but am sure Ill warn them before they plunk down on it. Since the room is neutral colors I can decorate around it and pillows will help the comfort level. Satisfied

We got this couch because we needed something sturdy. Absolutely thrilled we were able to find a vibrant color and cute mid century style— we didnt have to compromise function over aesthetics! The cushions are firm and the frame seems super durable. My only complaint is that the delivery service this seller used was supposed to call, text, and email to set up an appointment to deliver. Instead, they showed up first thing in the morning on a random day and set the couch in my front yard!! Quick ship.

Smooth delivery, well packaged, very nice design, looks like its built well
The bad:
1. uncomfortable (understatement), sitting cushions are hard as a rock.
2. youll need to be at lease 5.9 to reach the floor barefoot (and thats assuming you add an additional back supporting throw pillow). 3.legs are too cherry; they should be more walnut tone to match more wooden colored furniture.

The fabric is already pilling and Ive barely sat in it because it is very uncomfortable. There is no give in the seat cushion at all so its like sitting on a board. what I needed.
Was looking for a very sturdy chair and purchased this one after realizing it is the same one is my husbands work. However, this chair is VERY STIFF when first opened / you really need to break it in. Additionally, the fabric on the front of one of the arms was wrinkled and not sewn tightly enough. Still trying to get the chair worn in but it is very sturdy, and aesthetically pleasing.Struggle.
It is a lovely chair. Well made and beautiful color. Butit is very uncomfortable to sit on. Not soft AT ALL! I always have to warn people before they sit on it, so their not surprised. Fast service.
This item looks fantastic. The clean lines were really what drew us to this piece and the sturdiness. However, if looking for softness and comfort this leaves something to be desired. We bought some accent pillows that help some, but seat and back are very very firm. Quality could be improved.

Beautiful but uncomfortable
This sofa is built well, and looks good, but its very uncomfortable, the cushion is just too firm, it feels like am sitting on bricks, Not bad.
