One of the couch cushions does not match the rest of the couch. I emailed claims department and informed them of the issue. It has been six weeks and they still have not informed me if they will replace the cushion with one that matches. Im now elevating the issue with management. Their corporate structure is listed on their website, so contacts are easy to look up.
I also notified of the issue, they said the only option they could provide was to return the couch and that I would have to pay a restocking fee of around 150. Obviously, this is not an option.
Andas others have said, the couch cushions are very stiff. The angle of the back of the couch is also very stiff and the angle of the backrest is almost straight up. Also, I cant touch the ground when sitting because the cushions are deep and around 19 from the groundgranted, Im 57, so this may not be an issue for others.
I took a lot of time to decide which sofa to buy and what color. It had to look good with what was already in my living room. I had friends with both Joybird and couches, so I knew they were both comfortable, but other than the online photos it is hard to tell colors online (especially teal). I was thrilled it arrived in one week in perfect condition. I only needed to attach the legs (easy!). It is very comfortable; the color is gorgeous (a deep blue teal); the fabric feels strong and woven with slightly varied threads adding to depth of color (not flat); my dog jumped on it immediately; my husband also thinks it is beautiful and comfortable; and it looks perfect in the living room. I think I looked at hundreds of couches online and in stores. This was the not only the best looking and comfortable, but the least expensive. This same couch can be bought elsewhere for way more. It was even less on , not on sale, than the same couch on huge Black Friday sales elsewhere. Yes, I am a happy camper. Now, I will hunt for the perfect pillows to go with it. This is really easy to assemble and pretty sturdy.

No chemical smells out of the box, very easy to assemble solo.
Chose this couch because of its removable covers (my dog is a bad one) and FIRM cushions.
Definitely recommend this couch to people with back issues and cant sit on soft/sinking seating. Hopefully the firmness doesnt change for years as many others have written.
Im fairly short though so my feet dont touch the ground unless my back is padded with pillows. Sturdy.
Looks wise its fantastic. Itd look like a much pricy sofa from a distance. Material is not bad either. My only problem is its a bit hard and too wide. If you are not 6 or above, you cant get the back support with your legs comfortably placed on the floor. Worth it!!!
Nice product. Color is gorgeous, fabric sturdy small footprint but gives you 2 nice seats in living room. Or office, whatever. Its not a comfy nap sofa. Simple and easy to put together.
Beautiful and sturdy chairs. Very easy to put together! The chairs are packed with great care for delivery, and youll need someone to help you bring them in. Very large and comfy. Space saver.
This couch is really nice, abit stiff but thats a good thing for long movies and binge watching shows. For a love seat its pretty big, Im on the shorter side 55 and I can lay perfectly on it without bending my knees. The color to me is perfect to brighten up the room a darker shade of yellow. The couch is the perfect hight off the floor that my cat loves it, its become his new cat cave. Definitely a great buy! Thank you so much.

Super easy assembly. Although it comes in a gigantic heavy box.
A beautiful chair with a strong gorgeous fabric! The cushions are a bit too firm, but add a couple of soft pillows youre all set. Very functional.
