Very pleased with the unit once we got it assembled. Attractive design, the wind shield is a must have as it was hard to light in the wind before we assembled the wind shield and put in on the table. Everything came in one box in perfect condition.
We had one major problem that I havent seen mentioned in any review yet. The connection cable between the spark igniter and burner assembly just would not fit into the small opening in the back of the igniter. The seller sent a video explaining how to do the connection but still no luck. I finally figured out a small piece of metal in the igniter receptacle was too close to the edge; used a very small screwdriver to push it toward the middle, and the plastic end piece finally fit in properly. And the burner lit!
Finally, the instruction book is next to useless. There was no mention at all of the magnetized bars for the doors to catch on to, and as others have discussed, the drawings were backwards. Some verbal instructions would be welcome.
However, the end product is terrific and well worth the money. It rained here last night and we used the cover that was included to keep everything dry.
I was impressed with the easy assembly. It looks great next to the patio but needs a level base - its sitting on grass right now. The only caution I would highly emphasize is that the glass beads/burner area stay hot a LONG time after shutdown. There is a provided cover for the burner/ glass beads area but it also gets really hot. There needs to be an additional fireproof cover provided to cover the glass wind protection structure while it cools. One of my cats jumped in over the glass landed on the pit cover and quickly found out how hot the area was. Right now I have to improvise another cover to keep pets from jumping in or children from reaching inside the glass frame while its cooling down and still too hot to put the rain cover on it. As far a sturdiness I would say the side access doors sometimes pop open when you dont want them to.
I purchased this table and there was an issue. Their customer service was excellent. Very responsive and resolved my issue to my satisfaction.
As for the table, it is very easy to assemble and made of high quality components.
Gorgeous table. The problem: the table portion came horribly bent / damaged on two of the corners. Which is unfortunate considering how expensive this product is.
We really like our fire table. It is a beautiful addition to our patio. I would have given it 5 stars except for two problems: (1) The instructions are completely backwards! I had to figure out how the pieces actually went together (the finished picture is correct, so that was a guide. (2) The plastic cover is very thin, and I expect will need replacing soon.
