received an immediate response, sent a picture of the damaged part, and received a replacement within 2 weeks!

Received today and we are missing the glass windshield, and there are a few other things that are flawed (scratch on top, stripped handle for cover and a bent burner support). The cosmetic issues I can live with and Ive contacted support regarding the missing glass. Ill update when I hear from them and actually use this.
Overall, the directions are ok— the order of assembly for the actual parts was not clear and I took a while longer than I could have if they were otherwise written out or clearer pictures. The whole unit seemed to be fabricated backward from the pictures so that was also a challenge. It took me about 90 minutes and really should have taken half that as its a straight forward assembly.
I dont have my propane tank installed yet so its pretty lightweight while also being sturdy. The overall design is great and the rattan is fine but does feel more plastic than resin wicker. But not cheesy.
The packaging was great! Reinforced box with everything smaller taped down and bubble wrap on each individual piece. The bag of glass beads was also inside a reinforced box that was taped up and intact upon arrival.
Its the right size for our patio and once we have all the parts, Ill update this review.
Pay close attention to the instructions... works perfectly and fit is good if followed correctly. Was missing a small part (plastic foot) and another part (knob on cover) was damaged in shipping. The company reacted immediately and shipped me the new parts. Great customer service.
So far I really love this firepit table, it was easy to put together even though a couple of the illustrated pictures seemed to be drawn backwards compared to what the actual product we received looked like, but we were still able to put it together no problem. After assembly it looked as pictured, very beautiful and adds alot of ambience to the backyard. The heat output isnt bad, however it doesnt deliver alot of heat outward if youre sitting around, it delivers alot of heat straight up if youre standing around. Either way, Im still pleased and I love that it had room for drinks around the sides. And the wind guard is a beautiful option as well.

Missing parts
My table did not come with the wind glass or cover. How do I get those items?

Love this fire pit. Easy to put together, works great. Fire can be small or large, the glass Sheild is a very nice feature. Really beautiful
