Awesome table! Shipping had caused some damage and even lost the screws in transit. Service was immediate with great communication! Screws and replacement lid delivered right away. Highly recommend
After I assembled the table, I realized that the igniter was broken and it does not work. Also the gas valve was broken and leaking gas. I went to Home Depot to replace the valve. It works just fine now with no leak, but I have to use a lighter to ignite it.
The firepit arrived quickly and as described. We did have a broken igniter switch, but the company quickly sent us a replacement part. Very easy to work with and very responsive!
It arrived fairly quickly, so no complaints there, but I was not happy to open the box to find out that no hardware or instructions were included in the box. Extremely unusual for the price tag of this item. Also, the item was damaged when arrived. In my opinion, the quality of the materials used for the table-top should have been better for the money spent.
They need to improve quality and shipping. Table was scratched in multiple spots. The igniter knob was broken upon arrival.
Customer service did send the missing hardware after contacting them and they refunded me $100. Very happy now! Its our center piece and we love it!

Great product - Better than expected
This Fire Pit is wonderful. The manual is confusing but Customer Service gave me a video link that made assembly very easy.
