I have been looking for a small bench for the entry way, just to sit when I put my shoes on. After comparing some, finally I decided to buy this one because of the dimension and the reviews from those who bought it. It came 3 days later even with regular free shipping. I put it together myself following the instruction on the paper. It took about 1 hour. It was made of particle board, but it seems to be solid enough and sturdy with a nice dark finish. I was pleased and would recommend this product.
We dont allow shoes in our house. so every one that comes in takes there shoes off at the door and i had origionally bought a different bench for my entry way. but all the shoes were just piling over. so i decided to get this. i like that it came with a cushion and the wood is sturdy and looks nice matches other furniture in the area. Keeps all the entryway shoes in check! looks organized!!! love it.
This bench was exactly what I wanted and exactly as represented in the listing. The dimensions were correct. It was easy to assemble and fits perfectly in the very small space that I had available. Though its primarily press board, it is quite sturdy bears my weight with no snapping or cracking sounds. And Im not a petite flower.
The one thing I would have like to be available was baskets or bins to go into the openings. I ordered those separately from another supplier, but it would have been easier if they had been available from you. Also they dont fit as perfectly as I would like. Still, the bench itself is a perfect match for my needs and better than I expected.
easy to put together. i normally need my husbands help to put furniture together but I was able to do this myself. additionally, its beautiful. looks so much better in our tiny apartment than the pile of shoes that it replaced. and the bench is sturdy enough for a large man to sit on!
It can hold a 200lb person and not break. Its great for storage. However, its alot smaller than I expected. I read the specs but just seeing it person is underwhelming. Overall its an easy build (less than 30 mins). We ended up using the cushion somewhere else and used the bench as a mini display area.

perfect size
Fits perfectly in the space I have. Adjustable shelves. Top cushion kind of puny. Dont see cushion lasting as long as bench. Bench is sturdy.
