Our product came in quick and was exactly as advertised. There were no scratches or damage, it is smaller than it looks in the pictures but all you have to do when ordering is verify the measurements are what you are looking for.
I have to say this was a little hard to put together, but in the end it came together. in terms of functionality it does as told. I thought it would be darker/sleeker than the picture so I was a little dissapointed.
This bench was a perfect solution for my needs, a modern looking entryway storage area for my boyfriends huge sneakers. Only thing missing are more cubes to house more shoes.
This bench is wonderful for any entry way that has children running into the house to leave their shoes in the cubicles backpacks on the cushion! Love it very happy!
After searching through lots of sites and products, I bought this bench for my foyer which did not have too much of room to hold a long bench. This is perfect for someone to sit down and remove/wear their boots instead of walking into my living room with muddy shoes or falling on their behinds trying to pull it off hopping on one foot.
I wouldve been happier if it had a little more depth on the seat. But its ok since its not meant to be used for sitting for long periods of time :)

Storage
I bought this to go at the foot of my bed. I stick shoes in the compartments. They fit nicely. I put my extra pillows on the bench pad at night.
