We ordered the bed for my son and upon arrival noticed we were missing the hardware needed to put it together! I called customer service and spoke with someone who gave me a list of things I need to do and what might happen. They make it almost impossible to get what you need.
Really great bunk bed. Considering its under 300, you cant go wrong. Its a bit challenging to put together, simply because there are so many pieces. It took my husband and son half the day to do it. Its definitely secure enough and you can buy extra hardware to attach the legs more securely if necessary but thats really only if you think the bigger kids might try to lift the top bunk with their legs. The slats are plywood which are plenty strong but if you need heavier, these are also easily replaces with stronger boards. Im really happy with this bed. Its easily on par with much more expensive options that PB or CB offer. Great value.
Making the bed was real easy. It is a little wobbly once set up but seems durable and sturdy. My boys have been liking their beds. Cheaply made but worth it because its cheap and looks good! Effective.
Absolutely love this bunk bed. Its beautiful and perfect for my toddlers. It did take awhile to assemble and the boards were hard to stretch out correctly. But nothing horrible. My only complaint with this bunk bed is the way the ladder goes on. It can still be lifted up while its bolted in, and my kids ended up ripping it off by lifting it. So it just sits on there now, and when it moves it scratches the small part it sits on. Easy as it says.
Very simple but a good design. Both beds are extremely sturdy. The stairs are a little flimsy, but if little kids are using them, it should not be a problem. I am a 200 lb adult and Ive gotten up and down without a problem. Love this!
The only thing that was difficult was some of the screw placements were not pre drilled and being hard wood, its definitely needed or they werent going in. Otherwise very easy to follow directions and put together. Get it!!

Great product, especially for the money
Easy to assemble, but you will need 2 people. Use a drill for the screws. Very sturdy, my kids love it. Just Buy It.
