The wooden slats on this bed frame are too wide for any box foam mattresses. I called customer service and they did nothing to fix this. Hopefully someone at reads this and does something about itl
There were missing pieces to put together and had to just go to hardware to get them to finish putting together. When contacted the company it was like having to jump through hoops to try to get the hardware so we just went out and got it ourselves. They wanted an invoice of the purchase/ apparently the order was not good enough for them.
Other than the missing hardware/ it is sturdy and looks great!
Product didnt come with the necessary hardware. I had to fight only to get 30 dollars back and I had to go to a hardware store to find the bolts/nuts needed to assemble it.
Started assembling my bed and there are no screws drilled into the headboard. Awesome. Now I get to return an 120lb headboard and somehow try to shove it all back in a box.
I am only giving it 2 stars because what I ordered based off the picture and what came where 2 entirely different things. The pictures do not accurately reflect what the bed looks like. So now I have a bed frame that doesnt fit the color scheme of my room. But its not worth the effort to repack it and try again.
This is the forth bed I have bought. Loves them all. This one is gorgeous unfortunately when my handyman put it together he noticed a hole in the upholstery of the headboard. It is unfortunately quite noticeable. I tried going through to write my complaint but was redirected to . Texted with about the issue and they referred me back to . I bought this and a new mattress right before my back surgery and obviously cant send it back. Oh well hopefully yours wont have a hole. Other than the hole and the Velcro on the boards being upside down it is a very sturdy and nice piece of furniture.
Very lovely and strong comfortable bed just as the reviewers before me stated which encouraged me to purchase it i love my purchase, but very unhappy with the manufacturers price reduction just few days after i bought it 54 difference! From 215 to 161. I feel so bad
