    Nice bed bad shipping

The bed if great, I just hard that a 2 day delivery turned into a 10 day delivery especially that I had a time sensitive situation.

Dimensions are smaller than the bed

Got a king size frame for a new mattress and after spending about 50 minutes assembly I come to realize the bed wont sit in it but more on it. After looking all around I come to noticed the platform is actually smaller than the the mattress. Im guessing this is some manufacturing defect as I had an old frame where my Queen size bed fit perfectly. The spec says 84.2 length but I measured only 80 inches which is basically the same size as my bed. Tried to contact support and I kept reaching some automatic chat.

Incorrect dimensions listed and awful customer service.

The dimensions listed are incorrect. We purchased this bed specifically because the headboard would fit against a wall that is only 40 inches before an angled wall/ceiling begins. The dimensions listed on a clearly stated 39 in height but it is actually more like 42 in height. We spoke with customer service at and . said its a problem for customer service and said that they make no bed with the headboard height of 39. Our only recourse was to spend another 2/3 hours disassembling the bed (after having spent 3 hours assembling it) and return for our money back. Not one person we spoke with offered an apology, a partial discount, a replacement or any other normal and typical customer service solution. We Eventually asked to speak with a supervisor and were told they would return our call. No one ever did. My husband jury rigged the headboard so it is not attached to the bed frame but sits behind it in order to fit. But now the bed sticks into the room an extra 4 inches. We are very unhappy with this purchase due to the lack of good customer service and the incorrect dimensions of the product. Shame on you and for doing nothing to make this right.

missing more than half the hardware

what a pain going all over town to locate more hardware to assemble this low quality bed. I can return it but that is a bigger pain. grrr

Good product but they sent the wrong headboard

The product itself is aming. Easy to assemble, sturdy, looks great, and comes with a bonus ratchet wrench. My issue is they sent a different headboard for some reason. I wanted the one in the pictures, where it has a design with creases. Instead I got one with buttons on it with Xs (the design on the how to decorate your room video). Didnt wanna bother repackaging and returning it though, with how heavy it was, so I can deal. But was really hoping for the design on the picture because it looked way nicer.

Might be worthwhile if you get one thats not defective

Its been awhile since I wrote a review so Ill try to keep things simple on my end and just describe my experience. I wont bother writing out the pros since you all can read the positive reviews to get an idea of what is good with this product. The big negative here is customer service and ultimately, they are the reason for my 1 star rating. I cant recall when the last time I rated a product for poor customer service was, but the service is also part of the product. So, if you get a non/defective product and dont have to deal with customer service, then great, youve probably got an okay platform bed for a decent price. If you receive a product with defects, it can be a huge pain and an annoyance. With the defective parts, I got conflicting directions on what to do. If you go through the return process and choose the option for defective parts, they ask that you contact the manufacturer. In my opinion, a very sensible recommendation since sending separate parts from the warehouse is not within the scope of what can do. When I contacted , not only do they not respond for a few days after my initial inquiry (they mightve taken up to a week at to respond at one point) but once they did, their claim is that because the purchase was from and its within the return period, I would need to go through , which would be to go through a full exchange. How convenient on their part that they take a very long time to respond and eat into the return period! Heres part of their email response: Please contact directly at: (888) 280/4331 for further assistance. They will send you a full unit and you can take out any part(s) needed to complete your assembly. You will need to return all unused parts. will provide a pre/paid return label and instructions on how to schedule a pick up. Heres the issue with this approach / the queen size platform bed I ordered is very big (wide) and heavy. Its bulky and heavy enough that I had to open the box downstairs, and take the pieces separately upstairs since it didnt seem worthwhile to try to haul everything up 10 plus steps by myself. What theyre basically conveying to me is that.I need to order a new platform bed (this bed is popular enough that if out of stock, then whats going to happen with the shrinking return window?), open up the big package (takes up a good amount of space too), take out whatever I would need to replace (which conveniently assumes that the replacement product parts will not be defective), put in the defective parts into this second order, pack it up, slap on a label, then arrange to return to (in all likelihood, for most people, itll be scheduling a UPS pickup given the size). No thanks. As far as the defective parts goes (see pics), Im sure some people wouldnt mind constructing the bed with what I got. I dont need things to be perfect, but I didnt like the idea of putting a brand new mattress onto a platform bed that might develop stability issues and potentially voiding the mattress warranty as well. The main issue was a metal bracket not properly soldered on to the frame and minor issues were with the quality of the leg pieces (a few chips and one noticeable crack). Save yourself the aggravation and the shipping costs. Im going with a non/ platform bed.

    Not worth 260

I liked that its safe for my kid but hate the gap between the matrices and the bed frame. The frame should be placed lower so that the matrices can cover it all but this is how it looks now. I spent almost 300 for this but its not worth. Spent good time on assembling it too.
