What I initially liked about this product was the price, but unfortunately I was able to see visible damage after receiving the package. Luckily for me, the dent the headboard had taken upon its route to my home was to the bottom part of it so that it wouldnt be noticed after assembly. All in all, its a good looking bed frame for the money just be weary of the fact that you may receive it slightly damaged like I did. that can probably attributed to the items weight. The assembly of the frame wasnt half bad keeping in mind that I had a partner to help me out through the grueling process of taking out all the parts, reading the instruction manual and putting everything together. What I really liked is that the manufacturer includes a neat, little ratcheting hex tool that really comes in handy. Make sure you dont lose that tool because it saves you time and effort during the assembly process.
Arrived without all necessary components. Missing several screws identified in instructions as P. Therefore cannot assemble. Customer support phone line closed today (July 4). Awaiting return call after interacting with chat on manufacturers website.

We bought this bed specifically for the dimensions. Unfortunately, we have an older home and our bedroom has 1 awkwardly placed window on every wall. Therefore, we needed a bed frame with a headboard under 40.5 inches to fit under the window.
This bed is advertised as being only 38 inches tall. Well, my husband put the whole bed together and it was 43 inches tall. Literally, 5 inches taller than advertised.
Now, the quality of the bed was good. So if you have no dimension restrictions than I would recommend this bed. BUT if like me, you need the beds dimensions to be accurate with advertising than do not buy this bed!
Ordered the bed and it was delivered with a defective piece preventing me from constructing the bed. You can see in this picture that the welding job has created a bend in the metal Component D which is preventing Component E from fitting into it. Ive contacted customer service and they want send me an entirely new bed rather than replace the single defective component. This seems incredibly unnecessary as a second 100 pound package is huge, and I cant really get out of work to keep accepting these oversized packages.
There should be some kind of system to receive defective components rather than put customers through this entire ordeal of receiving additional oversized packages.
I would not recommend buying any products based on this experience.

THE BAD : buying from
Generally I love buying from , but this was the biggest headache Ive ever experienced with an online order from any retailer. The product was sold as new but showed up in a box that had clearly been opened before with old and frayed tape around the edges. The box still had the shipping label for the previous buyer on the outside. Inside, the product was clearly used and showed signs of wear. I repack everything, carry it back downstairs (its not light, you need two people) and coordinates for UPS to pick it up. I take a day off work to sit and wait for UPS. No one comes, but UPS tells they attempted a pick/up. I call , calls UPS, UPS calls me and they come back to try again. Frustrating and way too much work, but did correct the issue.
The saga continues when the replacement bed arrives a day later. The box looked new but upon opening and unpacking the product, the replacement product had clearly been used before. The most glaring issue is that someone used a black Sharpie to mask damage to the wood stain on all four feet of the bed. Not a good look. In fact, the Sharpie looks worse than a scratch would have. Whether it was the previous owner or Quality Control it looked really bad.
After two weeks of not having a bed and it appearing impossible to get a replacement that wasnt used, I decided repacking the bed and dealing with carrying it down again, taking a day off again, etc just wasnt worth it. ultimately provided an account credit but looking back it wasnt enough to offset the headache of the first return and ending up with a used bedframe.
THE GOOD: the product itself
Wow. I cant say enough. I love this bedframe. It looks like it should cost twice as much. The pattern is unique and not cookie cutter. Sadly even with just a 10 mattress, pillows will likely cover most of the design on the headboard. But the fabric still looks modern and sleek.
does an aming job making you feel special about your budget bedframe purchase. The box alone is surprisingly well designed for a bedframe. I caught several neighbors in my building ogling it, while they picked up their very sad looking bedframe boxes. Inside theres a thoughtful and sincere welcome note from along with cute notecards to send positive vibes to friends and family. (Not necessary or related to the product but a really nice sentiment.)
As others have mentioned, everything comes neatly organized inside the headboard. While lifting the box required two people, I had no problems assembling a king size of this product by myself. The instructions are pretty clear too.
Lastly, it looks aming. If youve been searching and searching and this caught your eye, its worth a shot. Maybe youll get a new one!
Two points i want to make.
The footboard was damaged, as can be seen in the photos. Everything was shipped inside the headboard, which you unzip to take the contents out including the footboard. The headboard was undamaged. Quality control issue it seems.The legs screw onto the bottom of the metal frame, which one had a crooked screw; therefore that leg is holding the bed at an angle.
This is a product review, which is why 3 stars. It was incredibly easy to put together. It did have clear instructions. It does look aming. But the damage
The second point: CUSTOMER SVC! Ive read some dreaded reviews about calling the mfg directly. I reached out to discuss return/exchange/parts exchange. The customer svc rep gave me several options and in the end everything worked out.

Its a very ordinary to poor looking bed
The bed looks very ordinary. The assembly was super easy and they did some good engineering with the dividers but it just doesnt look good.
Nice bed but delivered damaged.
In general bed frame isnt bad but was delivered with few defects (see photos). Easy to assemble, took near 30 min.
It is not a king size bed
It is not worth it to buy this bed. Bed is little smaller than king size mattress.
