After only 5-ish months of use, the gas cylinder began to fail. Every hour or so Id have to readjust the chair height. No, biggie, I thought, Ill just order a replacement cylinder.. Ordering the replacement cylinder was easy, but the old cylinder refuses to be separated from the chair at either end. Ive replaced the cylinder in chairs a few times and never had any trouble until this chair.
UPDATED Using a rubber mallet, some WD-40 and plenty of muscle, I was able to separate the gas cylinder from the chair. Installed the new cylinder and havent had any issues since then. I do love the fuzzy chair and I am glad I was able to get it fixed. it is a very comfortable, armless desk chair.
This chair is super comfy!!! I threw out my old computer chair when we returned to the office full time but now we are home again a few days a week so I needed something that will be comfortable 8 hours a day. This is great! Most chairs are too big to be comfortable (I am 51) but I love this chair! Great back support. I wish it went down a little further, but that is literally the only change I would make.
Okay, this chair is extremely comfy. Perfect amount of padding and its very soft to the touch. In addition, my cat LOVES sitting on it/kneading it with his paws (its cat approved!) Took me about 5 min to assemble (super easy with a regular screw driver). Finally, wheels work great, and the height is perfect for my sewing/work desk. I am so glad I got this chair!!! Note: I was also amazed by how FAST the shipping was - Holy Cow. 10/10 fabulous fuzzy chair at a consumer friendly price!
