The first one I ordered the quality was far better than the second. The first chair sold me period so I ordered another. I did not like it is quality as much, so I ordered one from Wayfair and the quality is not as good as the first one. The chair I ordered second and thirds does not recline easily. The spring mechanism is too tight. The chair does not lower as low as the first chair I bought. And the stitching is not as tidy as the first chair. There is also less padding.
For the price I paid I expect the quality I recieved the first time ordering.
The chair is very comfortable and I love the style. The color is perfect, neutral but not blah. The only bad thing was the chair cushion didnt have all the silver rivers along the front. I contacted the company and they sent me a new one. Great customer service. I am very happy with this purchase.
Received the chair quickly. However, could not complete the assembly because the seat screws did not align on one of the four positions. Frustrating. Hoping the seller takes care of it quickly. Otherwise the quality is what I expected.
Heads up!! The first thing mentioned on the directions is advising the buyer not to use the casters on tile or hardwood floors. This is an important little tidbit of info that should have been included in the product description since purchasing new casters is not inexpensive. We have porcelain tile floors (which is supposed to be harder than ceramic) so were going to give it a try and buy a rug to put under it if there appears to be a problem. The chair is very attractive and comfy enough. Nice neutral color and stylish.
I was surprised at how much I love this chair. It was very easy to assemble with only five steps in the instructions, and from unboxing to finished product it only took about twenty minutes to put the whole thing together. The fabric is a nice neutral beige with a pleasant but not overwhelming texture, much more the color of the first image than the whiter secondary images shows. The chair swivels, has a nice adjustable height range, and leans back well, although I had to adjust the tension knob significantly to get it to a point where I could lean back without pushing too hard. I spend a lot of time at my desk gaming, and Ive had seven-hour-plus marathons since buying this chair that were comfortable all the way through. Would buy again without a second thought.
GREAT CHAIR, WE HAD A PROBLEM PUTTING IT TOGETHER , THE HOLES FOR THE SCREWS SIS NOTT LIGN UP RIGHT, SO WE HAD TO USE LOGIC INSTEAD OF BLINDLY FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS.
I work from home and use this in my home office, so I am sitting in it 8-9 hours/day. Ive had it about a month and so far so good. it is comfortable enough without being so comfortable you want to take a nap. My only complaint would be that it is a little difficult to rock back and forth even at the lowest tension setting. This wasnt important to me but if youre someone who likes your office chair to rock this probably isnt the chair for you.
This is a great chair, comfortable and looks great. It took 15 minutes to set up and a bit of elbow grease. I didnt have the issues like other people that the holes were miss drilled. I found that it was challenging to push the seat in enough to the back to have the brackets meet with the holes. It was worth the effort. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because it had a strong smell of memory foam.
So great to have a place to sit and work that is pleasing to the eye. Super simple to put together. My husband is 6 foot 3 and is very comfortable in the chair. I am 5 fooot 9 and the chair has back support.
