The delivery date was ahead of their projected delivery. There were two boxes. Detailed assembly instructions were included. It was very easy to assemble in less than 30 minutes. No tools were necessary. It is very comfortable and will be used as a convalescent chair bed for my husband who is having shoulder repair surgery. It will be very easy for him to find a comfortable position for sleeping and daytime relaxation. The added bonuses are the lift feature to assist standing up and the heat and massage components too.

Its a quality chair. My one concern is that it has small wheels on the bottom. I like them for the ease of moving the chair, but they do move when the person sits down in the raised chair on occasion. It should be on a rug or have some way of making sure it doesnt slide. That being said, I am happy with the chair over all I am very happy with it

The four stars here are for customer service and responsiveness of the vendor. After trying the recliner out at home, I found this chair just wasnt a good fit for my height / my lower legs and feet hung off the end with the raised footrest. But when I raised this issue with the vendor, they were extremely accommodating. They sent new packing boxes, had the chair picked up for return, and provided a full refund hassle free. Awesome piece of product
Easy to assemble, good support including lumbar support adjustment. On the firm side, may not be everyones taste, I would rate it an 8 out of 10 being the firmest. Power headrest would be a perfect addition for this chair. Material seems to be of average quality. Good value and cute color.
After purchasing and looking at multiple chairs; I finally got the perfect chair. I actually purchased two others that did not live up to my expectations. The rich brown color is exactly what was shown on the site. I do have one issue that I may have found the solution for in the controller. The wire on control is extremely tight and hard to use. I have a table for my cpap machine and was able to hook on to it so I would see controller as well as use. Sturdier than I expected
Purchased for an elderly parent who needs help standing. She is 54 and loves the recline feature and foot rest. She says it is very comfortable and enjoys resting while watching tv. She didnt care how much it cost because it was worth it in comfort. It is a very nice looking chair in the chocolate brown leather and is very quite when motors are operating. Even the massage is fairly quite, only slightly audible. She is not a fan of the heat feature yet, but I think this will be a hit this Winter to take the chill off. Im happy with my purchase

The quality of the chair is above average. It is a gorgeous chair. It was very easy to put together and works better than we imagined.
We did have an issue with shipping (FedEx). I contacted seller and Jessica made a call on our behalf to shipper. Problem resolved the next day.
