    Gazebo

The Gazebo looks great. But I am concerned about the built in gudders . They appear to drain into the legs . Where I have this set up theres trees close that are dropping leaves on to the top that will end up in the legs. Winter in Michigan gets freezing rain. Not sure how thats going to turn out over time.

Nice addition to our backyard/ Solid Gazebo.

This is a nice Gazebo and a nice addition to our backyard. We have had a couple of portable type Gazebos in the yard over the years. We decided this year to put a more substantial unit in the yard and chose this Gazebo. It was a great choice. We really like the materials; solid and great color. The unit came in six boxes and all components were safely wrapped and labeled inside the boxes. Some problems with weight per box but with two people / it is workable. With Three people we were able to build the picture frame of the unit and from that point forward, two people worked on the setup (off and on) for about a week and then it was complete. Now the cons.the directions are terrible/ there is no Language on the sheets other than the names and numbers of the parts. the pictures and the exploded views within the booklet are well intended but not well done. We found several of the pictures were apparently out of order on a couple of pages and had to undo and redo in proper sequence. PROS/ Very Glad we bought this unit. It is well built and given all the components, everything fit together pretty well right out of the box. The designer even thought of some hardware for the end user to hang party lights from inside the Gazebo. We look forward to a very long enjoyment period with our new backyard Gazebo/ with screening and all/ to keep those pesky insects out.

The BEST Gazebo on the market!!!

This Gazebo has met and exceeded any and all expectations I had. My husband assembled this and it did take an entire weekend for him to complete. He needed help with the roof panels. He is an engineer and he was really impressed with the quality of the workmanship as well as the instructions. I was really pleased with the details, such as the quality of the fabric for the shade, which is sturdy and beautiful with a heavy/duty zipper. The screen pieces (which run on their own track apart from the shade panel) are the lightest gossamer fabric that allows unobstructed views outside without the bugs. Most surprising addition / the bug screen for inside roof that protects from the open ventilation at the peak. This Gazebo is a game/changer for our south/facing deck which sees sun all day long! Thank you for such a fine product!!!

Overall this Gazebo is nice and good looking

Overall this Gazebo is really nice. It looks good and as long as you have decent knowledge of how to put things together, building it isnt too bad. The directions are pretty straightforward as far as picture style directions go. There arent really any words to help explain some of the pictures so youll need to be patient or have a good understanding of how to build something with only a visual representation. The directions at the beginning say youll need 3 people and with the exception of when we put the main frame together we were able to build it with mostly just one person. Three were needed for the frame and two for the roof panels. Everything else could be done with one person. The holes all seemed to line up as long as you dont tighten everything down first. Get the bolts or screws for a particular section all in first and then tighten them before moving on to the next section and you shouldnt have too much trouble. The worst and most confusing part (for us any way) was actually putting up the screen and curtains. The directions make it appear as if the screen goes up first but in reality its the curtains that do. Also youll want to line up the curtains and the screen with the corner clip/hook before just clipping them into the rails up top. If you dont youll end up taking them down and redoing it like we to because the directions dont tell you this or really anything when it comes to the curtains and screen. We choose to anchor the Gazebo into our concrete patio. I would suggest going to Lowes or Home Depot to get 1/4 concrete anchors instead of the very cheap looking ones that are provided in the kit. After everything was done the Gazebo turned out to be good looking and provides a lot of shade. When the wind picks up it does sway a bit but nothing to bad. Probably would be way worse if we hadnt anchored it to the concrete.

You need at least 4 people too help put the roof on.

    Sturdy and well designed.

The instructions were detailed and parts were labeled well. Had seven packages show up during 4 day period. There was a couple dings and dents on 2 pieces. I had to cut one of the curtain rails because it was missing relief for corner. Has over 600 bolts to assemble so it will take a while. Over all very sturdy and would recommend to friends if they have the budget for it.

    Difficult to Assemble!

As the headline says, it is difficult to assemble. The instruction manual is all drawings with no word instructions. It shows you what items to gather for each step of the assembly. Some screws are also difficult to thread and force may be needed. Installing the roof panels will definitely stress you out. The clips that you attach to them will pop out when you slide the panel into the frame. Figure out your own way on how you want to keep them in place. I know I did Also, a thing to point out, this Gazebo is advertised as heat insulating and UV/Resistant. Youll learn that just a few minutes of sun exposure on the parts that they are hot to the touch. When I finally finished assembling the Gazebo, the roof absorbs a lot of heat which makes the inside of the Gazebo pretty warm. Good Luck! Pros: Sturdy Looks good Curtains are good quality Cons: Difficult to install Instruction manual is terrible Absorbs a lot of heat

This is a sturdy well built structure

This is a sturdy structure. Its well designed and strong. It took quite a while to setup. The only downside is that in full sun the roof gets quite hot and radiates that heat down. We put up a cloth ceiling and fixed this problem.

    Excellent product. But assembly

This is a beautiful Gazebo. VERY sturdy and well engineered. Shipped well, was packed at factory very securely. Holes lined up well and panels fit well. But the assembly is incredibly labor intensive for this size Gazebo. The instructions have no words, only diagrams. It takes a while to understand several of the steps and you will absolutely need more than one person, at times more than two. Tip 1, near the end, you needed to install all of the D channels BEFORE the roof panels. Tip 2, have a couple of ten penny nails available to hold roof panels in place after they are lined up so bolts can be inserted more easily. Tip 3, use tape to secure channel brackets on roof panels or they will just keep sliding off as you try to get the roof panels in place.
