This bed was so beautiful my girls absolutely love it. A few things : the pieces were supposed to be labeled abc etc no letters at all a lot of numbers for no reason because they did not help when putting bed together I literally pulled up the YouTube video and stopped it on the picture of all the pieces almost put together and put it together like that. And make sure you get a short mattress so it can slide I have to lift mine up a bit to get the bed under. I love it!!
Very happy with my purchase and I can spray paint it a color when I get tired of the white color. It arrived earlier than expected and we assembled it in about an hour. Directions were easy to follow and all parts were labeled.
I highly recommend this product. Would definitely buy again!

But the customer service buh/loo my mind. My son broke a piece of railing off my brand new bed. Grr. Customer service reviewed the case, said it was under warranty, and assured Id get a replacement part. there was a fluctuation in stock over a couple of months but I received updates at every point. Finally, after the 4th update, they sent a replacement BED! The whole thing!! To keep me happy. It worked. You dont find a company that cares like this anymore. very reasonably priced as well.

Love the daybed! Instructions used both letters and number which was confusing. If you just look at the numbers it is so much easier! Very stylish and great quality!
The bed frame itself, is very sturdy. However, the roll out bed wheels, do not lock very well.
You may need to buy some rubber sleeves to keep the bed in place. may be returning
