There were 2 defective parts in the original shipment. After contacting the seller to request replacement parts, within days the new items arrived.
We assembled the trundle bed and are extremely pleased with the finished product. Very pleased with this purchase.
Came with a cheap paint job. Some of the white paint doesnt look good. Another corner came scratched and paint is riped off. Everything else is good but I may have to paint the whole bed myself at some time. Pretty disappointing purchase for the price.
The bed seemed like a good purchase from reading the overall reviews and came in two boxes. Assembly seemed pretty straightforward for the most part until I came to putting the sliders on the drawers. Sliders attached fine but then when I attempted to put drawer in, it stopped a quarter of the way in. I noticed there was a notch on both sides of the slider preventing the drawer from sliding in all the way. The notches were on all three sliders as well. Contacted customer service to see what I was doing wrong and they were helpful to send replacement parts. I thought I got a bad batch. Replacement parts arrive about almost a week later and the same notches are in the sliders. Am I missing something.I do not want to push the drawer in too hard because it will break the plastic roller that the drawer slides onto. I assumed the slider should be flat all the way through but it doesnt seem to be the case. I have been contacting customer service and they have been asking for pictures. I have sent pictures to them on three different occasions, twice with an photos shareable link like they asked, and I keep getting told that they are not receiving the pictures or the photos link does not work. Hopefully they will see the pictures attached to this review. Good but could be better
Nice bed. Looked at a few trundles and decided on one with storage underneath. Needed help with assembly. Took a couple of hours with help, but, worth it.
Got the suggested 8 memory foam mattress for the top bed, and a 6 for the bottom bed. Figured the 6 on the bottom would be easier to close with bedding on it. Tried the 8 mattress on the bottom, and it was snug. Would probably be easier to pull the bottom bed out on bare floors, but, its doable on carpet. Do not hesitate to buy!
Fairly easy to put together, especially when it was packaged with all the hardware. Nice sturdy bed. I had to order also some hybrid mattresses, which were much cheaper then going down to the mattress stores.
Bottom line, my grandson loves his new bed when he comes over to spend the night. It fits nicely and is made well.
Its a beautiful bed but the wood looks like the paint is unfinished, it already chipped just from touching the wood, you can easily get splinters so might want to sand especially if its being used for kids which in my case it is Pretty disappointing purchase for the price.
Noticed on delivery boxes were damaged but product was not except for a few scratches only main complaint was upon applying the wheels to the trundle the screws spit the wood Happy purchase.
Went together pretty easily, took two of us roughly an hour to put together. Appreciate the other reviewers who recommended 8 memory for the top and 6 for the trundle, works like a charm! Good and inexpensive
You get what you pay for. The drawer slats were preassembled. Assume I got a returned piece. I had to remove them and reassemble. The pull out wheels broke off in two days. The material is NOT real wood as advertised. Its cheap compressed wood. The drawer also came off within the first month. What a terrible purchase. Dont waste your money on this product. So disappointed!!
Beds arrived on time as promised. Had one broken piece which was on back order but received when it was supposed to.
Customer was great at addressing the problem and responded quickly. Beds are good and sturdy and solid wood. I like this one.
