The shelves under the bed are movable.it doesnt stand at one place.u need to align it to make it stay in place.otherwise the bed is cool for my teen son no regrets at all for this purchase
UPDATE: Customer service was impeccable!! They got back to me right away and had another shipment out immediately! Once we set the bed up my son loved it! Its sturdy and perfect size. The drawers are nice and spacious.
Got it yesterday, opened it today, and this! A very broken footboard! Livid It is as pictured.
I had a small issue with one of the bedframes, I notified the seller and they went above and beyond to make it right. Highly recommended Perfect for what I needed!!
Had this for about a month now and it seems sturdy. I would rather have one large drawer for under the bed. Its a pain to pull the separate drawers out because they get caught on one another. But it is a nice bed and will hopefully good up to a middle childs wear and tear. Buy with confidence
When receiving the bed, it came in to delivery parts. Which I did not mind, since everything came together. I find it very beneficial that it came with a tool to help me assemble it easy at home. The structure of the bed is very good, the sturdiness is very strong. For all its worth its pretty much a bedframe. And I weigh 300 pounds and still able to sleep on such bad. very reasonably priced as well.
This bed is beautiful and very sturdy! Got it for my sons room but it would definitely work in a girls room too! The trundle is great and the drawers under the trundle are surprisingly spacious. Love everything about this bed and so does my son. But so far, Im a happy buyer!
The drawer hardware would not fit together in order to slide in and out. Wonder why.Design flaw.Still need help with this problem. The drawers are the reason I purchased this Day Bed instead of all others with trundles. There are small indentions on the hardware that keep the two slides from joining! Send HELP!
