Timely arrival, easy assembly. A little stiff, but will probably break in. The back is not high enough to support my husbands head without reclining a ways. He is 59. Ok for me at 55. Im so unhappy with this product.
It was nice while it lasted, but the faux leather started peeling all over after a few years with just minimal use. The base is such nice quality, its really surprising that the leather material is so cheap. So disappointed!
This is the third Benchmark reclining chair I have purchased. Its a very comfortable chair with multiple reclining positions. This one is a little firmer than the previous models Ive purchased, but still comfortable. Im 52 and most oversized furniture is too big for me to be comfortable. This is perfect for me.
I wish it reclined further back and thats the only draw back. The price was right and its an attractive chair and ottoman. Everyone makes a comment about how much they like it.

Faux leather peels after a few years of minimal use

EASY ASSEMBLY
THE QUALITY WAS JUST AS ADVERTISED AND THE ASSEMBLY WAS SO EASY. WITH THE HELP OF MY DAUGHTER, IT TOOK ONLY ABOUT 30 MINUTES TOPS AND I AM FEMALE!
