I ve spent at least 6 months looking and reading reviews on recliners. Feel like I have seen hundreds over and over. Kept returning to this swival recliner After comparing the measurments to my current recliner , the seat is both narrower and less deep. So decided to order it. Have only been using it for a couple of days, however love the comfort, back support, and swival. Also attractive, the size works as well. I am 5 3 .
When unpacking /unwraping all the parts I saw a small puncture cut on the side of the seat, but not in a very noticable spot. Think I can seal it without much trouble, so not calling about it. Would definitely buy again!
I love my new recliner. It is so beautiful and extremely comfortable. I love the sleek contemporary style and the light taupe leather with the rich wood based are elegant. So glad I ordered it. I would order another if I had more room! very reasonably priced as well.
Shipped safely without damage. Not too difficult to assemble. Slightly more firm than expected which use should take care of. Nice color and operation is easy. Cute and comfortable
These days it seems like you just expect to be disappointed, either with customer service, or a products quality, and when you need to assemble the product, its always a nightmare! Not with these chairs. Assembly could not be any simpler and the quality is pretty darn good! Very sturdy, comfortable, and they look great! Love, love, love it!
