The chair is nice... and I mean c'mon what can you expect for 80 bucks when other computer chairs are in the hundreds? You already knew this wasn't going to be a Herman Miller... so overall it's a decent and comfortable chair..... ONCE IT'S PUT TOGETHER. Assembling it was the single worst experience I've had putting something together that I purchased on . The screws were made just to strip, I think. In fact, it was almost a feature not a bug that one of the screws stripped, because otherwise it would not have gone into the opening at all! YMMV and I would assume that the poorly aligned screw openings differ on different chairs.
Let's be real.... the comfort is 4 stars due to value in the low price. Putting it together is 1 star at best.
Overall 3.5 Stars so I'll give it a 4 due to it being a decent chair and a low price.
This chair is already broken. The seat will not stay at the height it is put at. It lowers unexpectedly. Im so disappointed and irritated that Ill have to buy another chair in less than 6 weeks on a really tight budget.
As an aircraft engine mechanic, this was by far the most difficult thing to assemble. The alignment of the back would make a preacher curse!! No easy way, just hang in and keep trying. The other steps simple and easy.
The seat tore after 3 months of general use. Upon reading reviews other users have the same tear. The first person I spoke with at Customer Service told me he could do nothing because it was after the 30 day return window. Even though the chair is supposed to have a year warranty through . I then called the customer service number listed on 's website for Basic products, which then appears to be just their regular customer service number. The agent told me she could send me a new chair or offer me a refund but I would have to ship the broken chair back. I no longer have the box and I don't believe I could get the chair off the pedestal. Once you put these things together, it's not like you can easily take them apart. I also bought the extended warranty on this chair and they wouldn't help me because the manufacturer warranty isn't up. So even though I spent extra for that coverage, it's useless to me at this point. This will likely be the last time I buy something labeled . Additionally, the chair isn't that comfortable, the back is hollow and the plastic piece covering the pedestal keeps coming apart.

Arrived damaged. Otherwise great quality.
It arrived damaged — two puncture holes on the back and side of the chair. Otherwise its a very comfortable chair, and easy to assemble.
This Chair Was the Biggest PIA Ever To Put Together

save your money and time, this product is garbage
this chair is Junk, past the return date, falling apart, poor quality, very unsafe.
Average chair with uncomfortable seat. Don't recommend it.
uncomfortable and smaller in size. handles are short and thin.
My attractive, comfortable desk chair is just what I wanted.

Back alignment is very hard, especially for one person.

Too low and support doesn't move back
This chair is too low. I expected it to be much higher. Plus the support doesn't move back. Assembly is ok.
