Cant believe how good this thing is for the price. I was expecting some chinsy China special... The bearings are high quality allowing for smooth operation of the draws even under heavy load. The cabinet itself is quite sturdy as well as I have a Canon laser printer on top of it. As for packaging, the unit arrived without a scratch on it due to be somewhat grandiose use of styrofoam in the box that it came in, so much that it would make some hippie dippie tree huggers go absolutely insane. All in all, Id recommend this unit to anyone.
P.S. I have not tested the locking mechanism yet...
This is a quality product. Its light but strong, came in 1 1/2 days after ordering (and I had not requested fast shipping.) The handles attached easily and firmly, and are very nice. I also like the excellent design to accommodate much neater (than file folders only) hanging files, and the ability to lock it if desired. The smoothness of the drawers travel is surprising. It was packaged beautifully without a mark on it. The dimensions (18 deep and 14 1/4 wide were exactly what I needed to fit in with a shelf arrangement that Im building for a closet in my home office.
I thought it was a bit expensive, but it is a smooth little guy. Does a great job so far.

Great utility file cabinet. Very nice especially for the price! It arrived packaged very well with foam at all corners so no dents. Drawers operate smoothly.
Cabinet came well packaged, in perfect condition. Handles were better quality that I expected, opposite of some reviews I read here. They were easily attached and sturdy. I did not buy the cabinet for the lock, so I dont care about its flimsiness. The cabinet is perfect for condo life, where I have very limited space. I put it in a small closet to hold the usual paperwork - insurance policies, financial statements, etc. I keep copies of important documents in a safe place, as this is obviously not too fire or water proof.
Received without dents. Light and easy to move around. Lock is cheap and unlikely to stop anyone. I highly recommend a powered screwdriver for attaching the handles - my cheap one made the job a snap.

Its...a file cabinet
It files things. I had to use a drill to get the handles on. It works well...as a simple, inexpensive...file cabinet.

Functional
Made of tinny steel and works for the price. Tends to tip forward when draws open as I have it on a bench rather than floor. Ouch!
