I have been using the most rickety of stools behind the counter at my hat shop. The braces would perpetually loosen and the fabric was tearing, and it just looked all around raggedy, so it was time for a new chair. I saw this set of two matching chairs with leather seats at what I consider a really good price, so I ordered them and hoped for the best.
Well I was not disappointed. It took my husband about five minutes to put the chairs together. There was very little work involved, and Im sure I could have done it myself, but I prefer to let him do it because that way, if something goes wrong, I can blame him. Plus he has all of the tools hidden from me. Anyway, he brought me out a chair and wow. Nice looking chair!
The adjuster is really good on this chair and it pretty much stays where I put it. Every so often I do find myself sitting a little bit lower than Id started out, but not a big deal. The seat is comfortable. And the chair itself is lightweight enough so that I can move it out of the way to get under the counter. I like the shiny base even though it is a dust attractant. These are all around good looking chairs.
The chair does tend to make me feel as if Im being pushed forward. To counteract that, when my husband put the second chair together, he added a piece of metal to try to get the seat to lean back more. This made no noticeable difference to me, and I still feel as if Im being cast forward a bit. Sitting behind my counter, though, it doesnt really bother me. I think if I didnt have the counter to lean on, it might bother me, but its fine.
The material on my chair has a couple of imperfections, but nothing really noticeable. Overall I am very happy with my new chair, and my husband is happy that there were two, and that the price was right. I would recommend these. They are good looking and comfortable.
Good chairs for the money and easy to assemble. Quality is good but not sure how durable they would be if used daily. We use only occasionally when wife is baking and need a higher chair.
They are OK, they tend to tilt you forward a bit when you sit. Would not consider them real comfortable for long period of time.
Assembly was simple, had both chairs together in less than 15 minutes.

The item arrived real fast with prime shipping. It was excellently packed. Every single piece was wrapped nicely. The finish of the bar stools is awesome. The bar stools are extremely comfortable. We bought some bar stools a few years before and they were not as comfortable. The cushion on these is just perfect. The cost is pretty good too. No complaints at all!
These look great, materials look sturdy but I would have liked the seats to be a bit wider to sit more comfortable. The base could be heavier to support and balance the chair. Overall worth the purchase.
I ordered these chairs as a birthday gift for my son. He loved them, and I have to say they are stunning. I was able to put them together myself. They have a little counter in there kitchen that they have made into a little breakfast nook. These chairs fit perfectly and they can be adjusted to the height you want.

Easy assembly - contrary to what some reviewers have said, instructions are clear about first removing the black plastic cap on the end of the compressed gas tube.
My only complaint is that it is not so easy to stay in the seat. Maybe it would be better if the seat were not quite so flat.
The seat is comfortable, even for 200-250 pound persons. The base is definitely steel, not plastic as some have said. It could have been redesigned from an earlier model that had a plastic base.
Movement up and down is smooth. If a person allows the seat to move all the way to the top while NOT sitting in the seat and putting enough weight on the seat, it is difficult to move it down if one cannot put enough weight on it while lowering the seat.
The seat is held onto the base with only 4 machine screws. They should be adequate unless someone decides to perform some extracurricular activity while in the seat.
This product was worth the money, it arrived in large box, it came with the instructions to assemble them, and also a piece of paper just in case the product got damaged in the packaging, i have to say was really impressed with the way it came wrapped, all the pieces were well protected really wrapped up with a couple layers of wrapping paper and taped, it was easy to assemble so thumbs up on that, the quality of the material looks fancy i liked it, doesnt look cheap at all. They are preety tall but of course you can adjust them for short people as my self so these were totally worth my money, besides of how beautiful they look they are also very comfortable, and the 360 spin is very smooth! and i am even considering ordering another pair of how nice they look!! So in simple words looking for something not pricy but looks pricy then I recommend these stools.

I did read some tips on the reviews of how to assemble them so looks like just a matter of adjusting the bolt. Very easy to assemble too. For the price you really cant beat this but we will have to see how long they last.
