Looks good installed but after less than 9 months the handle started peeling and last week I noticed that the hose was also peeling. Disappointing as I was really hopeful this would be our Best Buy.
Installation was easy and was surpd how heavy the hand sprayer holder was because it was solid metal. I did end up mounting the shower head on the ceiling after ordering the down rod and wish I had ordered the new 16in one but overall great product.
The shower head threads are made of plastic and broke during installation. Our contractor had installed the unit and covered everything with kurdi board / even mudded the wall in preparation for tiling, before attaching the shower head. At this point we will not be removing what has been installed so we can return the unit, so have absorbed the loss. We have purchased a different unit just to get a new shower head. Lesson learned for me, you get what you pay for and in the end it will end up costing more. Take a hard pass on this item.
A few months after installation of 2 of these units, 1 was fine but the other resulted in a knocking sound in the pipes. Plumber came back, thought it was the valve, purchased another valve from which was installed but the knocking sound persists. Tried to email company, no reply, phone numbers dont work.

Very easy to install, works fine but the shower head holes dont all have a solid stream of water, almost like theyre slightly clogged.

Shower head broke during installation
The shower head threads are made of plastic and broke during installation. Handheld shower head arrived not working.
We realized this after tiling in around the valve, so we cannot return it now.
