I love this shower head combo. Gives a clean, modern look to the shower. the main waterfall shower head is large, which is great. Additional bonus / it can be tilted (although the water will flow vertically). From an installation point of view, the arm of the hand held shower is about 1/2 inches too short, which made it difficult to mount it. The only other (minor) ding is that the angle of the hand held shower cannot be adjusted while it is mounted / i.e. the mount is fixed and offers no articulation. If this mount could be articulated, Id immediately give this 5 stars. Nevertheless, this is an excellent shower head combo. Highly recommend it.
Overall it works but lacks normal fasteners and Allen wrench connectivity to fasten tight to the tile. You end up using silicone caulking a lot flip house hood to go, for your own home Id spend more.
We bought this for our new home and the seal was broken, and thread was stripped and already used. We hadnt opened the box until we went to install so unfortunately out of the return window. I had good luck with all of my other purchases except this one.
Love this! Only one thing that was confusing for the contractors and for us. The hot and cold seemed to be switched. It turned out that the end of the handle indicates the water temperature rather than the top pointing to the hot or cold.
This is by far the best shower head Ive ever had. I feel like theres a beautiful heavy rainfall over my head. The guy redoing our bathroom installed it but he said it was easy you cant beat the price. One of the best purchases Ive ever made!!

I like the way it looks, but its too hard to install and would require a professional plumber.
