Renovating a bathroom to achieve wheelchair access had challenges. I made mista in my shower order with that were my fault but the company fixed everything with speedy responses to my requests. First I ordered the chrome finish but decided I needed bronze instead. No problem with that exchange. Then I realized I needed a 3 way transfer valve so that the shower head and the hand held wand could be used separately or at the same time. No problem. is sending a replacement valve at no charge. I am so impressed with the quality of service and the products.
Product received in a nice packaging and good craftsmanship. Overall its going to be 3 months since my contractor installed it. So far i encounter no problem except the handheld shower is difficult to remove. But the rain shower head water flow is strong. Worth the price.
Updated my shower wanted a new looking shower head. Contractor had no problems installing, looks feels great, perfect for anyone wanting a spa experience in their own home. Not plastic at all, but still light enough to use the handle for all your aches pains. Love love love
These bathroom fixtures were installed in a remodeled vintage styled bathroom. Even the modern look of these fixtures looked great. The toilet paper holder is simple without a spring holder. Would love to order a 2nd door hanger. Perfect style for any bath.
