I replaced the old shower head with this one due to fact that I was always getting blasted by water from old shower head as it was not functional in regards to the design capabilities. With this rain fall shower it is much more soothing to takes relaxing shower!

Dont be put off by a few typos or weirdly worded instructions in some parts, this shower head is great! Super easy to install, works perfectly and looks really good.
However, I hooked everything up correctly but the square shower does not fully operate the way it is supposed too. meaning not all the water comes out of all the spouts and I took it apart and did it again and still not all the water comes out of all the holes but maybe I will redo it for a third time and see if it works I didnt use all the washers because some didnt need it, but I would still recommend maybe I did it wrong, but I doubt it.
The price is right and it sure looks good but the washers in the package are not very good. Following their instructions to the letter it did install very easily. However, the unit where the valve turns it from the handheld to the showerhead is not great. I used a good quality Teflon tape and used the washers provided and it still leaked. In fact, the washers are a bit too small. When you tighten the valve to your shower pipe it pushes the washer inside the pipe and does not have a nice water-tight fit like it claims. I even used two as the diagram shows and it was even worse. I reinstalled the 40-year-old shower head I had on and it didnt leak. If I ever get the inclination I guess I will be off to the hardware store to buy various sizes of washers and spend hours trying to make it fit. Not worth the savings.
