Broke while trying to install. The extender is not long enough to have the rainfall over your head. Cheap material. The first one we received the rainfall shower head was dented. Second one broke.
Received my shower head assembly and when I was ready to install it, I found I was missing the 3 way shower diverted and suction cup. The package arrived torn open with rubber bands holding the box together. I should have taken pictures but I didnt. When trying to contact the seller was unable to find a link. Very dissatisfied with this product.
We didnt get the three way diverter piece, so we had to buy one for an extra $20!! We cant use the hand held head for a few days, but the waterfall one is working beautifully !

High quality luxury feel! I love it so far. Ive had it for about a month or two now and it has me looking forward to my showers because the water pressure is amazing and its like standing under a warm rainfall.
