Good cross between the two for a waterfall shower and a handheld. I love the fact that you can turn the hand held off when youre done using it. You do have to constantly reach about the shower head to interchange, so if youre already short it will be a challenge. Only thing I dont like is the fact that if we dont have the shower head balanced in the perfect spot, it will whip around and can fall upside. Its happened in the shower before so it was super frustrating.
The product did not come with everything as stated, the directions were incomplete and had to purchase additional plumbing hardware for it to be used in my shower.
Also the shower hose with head does not stay in the holder.
I have an old house (at least 50yrs old) and nothing has been updated, besides cosmetics. I was hesitant that it would be easy to install since my house is so old. Luckily my boyfriend was able to change it with no problems, in less than an hour! We even added a water mineral purifier (not sure what its called, but another person did the same in another review). Been using it a few months, still works the same. Good price, easy installation, water is perfect (not too soft). The only thing I dont like is that it feels cheap/light plastic-y, however I knew it would feel that way since its so cheap (plus similar reviews). I prefer something with weight to it, but this actually turned out perfect! Makes my bathroom feel more updated. Very relaxing

Hand held holder very low quality
The hand shower holder is very low quality. The sticker did not stick well on the wall. The merchant did not want to replace at least the sticker.
