This is the best shower head I have ever had and was so easy to install. I took out the washers with the filters and the pressure is just what I wanted
We absolutely love this shower head. Completely changed the look and feel of our shower. It delivered quickly and was quick and easy to install. We highly recommend it.
1. Water pressure is not that high (maybe this is due to low water pressure of my house).
2. Switch knob - Shower head and handheld switch is located at the very top. Young children cannot reach that far.
3. Installation - If you read manual, easy. If you dont read manual, not so easy.
4. Personal impression - I feel like I am taking a shower in a hotel... kind of...
I actually ordered the shower head as a house warming gift for my mother... she had it installed and ready to go within 30 mins and she was tickled pink
Standing under the rain shower head is a great shower experience. It was relatively easy to install and included all needed parts and supplies. Had to do some additional tightening to stop a couple of initial leaks at the joints. The only negative is that the wand head is made out of plastic. I was under the impression that it was metal as well.
Pretty nice shower head. Once I stopped getting frustrated with the leaking, I rescrewed the leaking joints and reapplied the Teflon tape as needed. For now its leak free and working well...

This shower head is heaven! It was a little of a pain for my husband to put together but once up it was all worth it!! Dont hesitate just buy it!!

Good product, poor instructions
The instructions are useless, but the product is good, once installed.
No hose
Did not bring the hose, when it said it was included. Had to use the one I previously had. Other than that, the rest was good.
Leaked at first but I fixed that and it works great now
