This is a very well made product. Works great. I was concerned when I ordered it if we would have enough water pressure, but with the new valve it has plenty of pressure. Very pleased. I only gave installation ease a 3 because our installer said there was not a lot of specifics on the instruction.
We had purchased 2 of these, one for the master bath in black and the other in Polished Chrome. It came neatly packed and I am happy that I purchased it!
